These pillows are large and comfortable and we really enjoy them. My only disappointment was upon first receiving them they reeked of a chemical odor and it caused headaches and difficulty sleeping. After the first night I washed the outside cover and aired out and used a fan to air out the memory foam portion. I am a side sleeper. This pillow is just soft enough for comfort while suppling good support. Don't buy for the cooling. I don't notice any difference between the cool side and the other side.
