    • Very Useful product but takes a minute to learn
Pros: -Build Quality -Portable -Many Different API available right out of the box. (No need to pay for extra API integration anymore you get all for free so disregard the other bad review) -Useful for all types of content creation -Integration for internet browsers and Windows functions Cons: -Software is not very user friendly (not awful but could use some work) -Different profiles load automatically so you need to lock the ones you need. Build quality is nice, the tactile feedback in the touch screen buttons is great. Overall layout is fantastic. Software could be a little more user-friendly but I understand its difficult due to how much the loupedeck can do. Customization for buttons etc has a long way to go. Nothing I really hate about it however for the twitch and Spotify integration I had to login to my account in two different locations which is strange. In the profile and the software. The price point is more expensive than the competition (streamdeck) but I feel the loupedeck offers more functionality specially now that all the api integration with come with it for ever. Api integration of many creative apps. As a streamer its import to make content on many platforms. I love the dial knobs that are a perfect fit to control audio (just wish there was a way to create virtual audio inputs for better mapping) Needs More customization of the screens. Let us use gifs, animations etc. The ability to have one big picture cover all the buttons at once. Different icons etc. Either the integration for windows to control any audio source or simply a way to add virtual audio inputs to route to specific applications would make the loupedeck shine above the competition (streamdeck) ... show more

Love this product. It has made lightroom work so much easier. I had the Loupdeck+, and it was nice, but this product is incredibly versatile. It changes its layout based on the active program.     • COULD 100% be a gamechanger for live content but needs some serious software updates
I knew this device would be a game changer for streaming and only after a few hours of playing with it I'm in love. The design is really great. It feels like a solid piece of equipment and the knobs have a nice grip and feel to them as well. You can customize the knobs and touch screen for anything you want. I have been using it a lot for background music on Spotify and having the knobs to change volume levels without tabbing out is amazing. The touch screen is extremely responsive and you can add extra pages of buttons and just swipe over the buttons to change pages. The swipe is very smooth and quick and it even works for quick swiping up or down to switch pages and change the custom knobs. The software has a lot to it so it seems a little overwhelming at first but I was able to find my way around. Could maybe be a bit more user friendly but not a huge issue. If you can figure out a stream deck you can most likely figure out this but there is so much more you can do. The software is preloaded with profiles that automatically switch based on whatever program you switch to on your pc. I usually lock the profile so it doesn't switch while I'm streaming. I have noticed a problem where the Spotify integration just seems to stop working and I can't seem to get it back without restarting the Loupedeck. This is a quick fix as the device has a restart option but something that will hopefully be fixed in future software updates. I sent a message to technical support about this. Overall this device is amazing though. Having so much integration with programs from Adobe Photoshop to OBS Studio and so many more is incredible. I can't wait to continue to improve the production quality of my stream and my workflows when I'm creating content with the Loupedeck Live. Edit regarding support from Loupedeck: Still waiting to hear back from support. The automated message said all for 1-2 days for a response but is been well over a week now. I'm still hoping for a response about the Spotify issue. Edit: Support has assured me they are aware of the issues and are currently working on a software update. ... show more

    • Great macropod - lazy developers
The build quality and look of the device and blah blah blah is great. - No problem there. NOTE: I'm using this on macOS, so all comments relate directly to the experience on macOS, not Windows. The software, however, even though it's generally great, the devs are just being lazy. There could be very simple and easy customization options that are just lacking. It's like they are just delaying simple things so they can say "Hey, check out the new update! Loupedeck is awesome." So what I'll do is list what is missing or what's broken: 1. No folders - instead, they want you to set up different "profiles" for each program or just use another page. 2. The side screens should have the OPTION for single presses. 3. Opening folders is not native, and you must use a workaround to do it. - average users will not be able to achieve this. 4. To my knowledge, there's no built-in timer or stopwatch. -I've seen no-brand Chinese devices achieve this. 5. There's probably more, but I need to get back to work, haha. For any Mac users, I highly suggest you buy "Better Touch Tools" (software) to help you set up more commands, scripts, and just have more options in terms of shortcuts. ... show more

I bought this to use with streamlabs desktop on my Mac. The main software that I want to use it for is not compatible with Mac only PC. Other than it works great for all other applications, FCX, Logic Pro X etc.
