I've been happy with these air filters; it's a four-pack, though I wish there were options that would last me the whole year. Admittedly, I'm not as diligent as some people when it comes to changing them out—I typically do it every two to three months instead of every month as recommended. However, I've found that even when we change them monthly, they're not any dirtier than the ones we change every three months. So, I believe these filters do a good job of collecting dirt. Living in a dusty area, it's essential for us to have a good air filter. I prefer the MERV 8 rating, as I've heard that having a really high MERV rating can sometimes inhibit your air conditioning from working efficiently because it's too restrictive.
