These are usually great mics to use.. and never really issues.. i think I hit a patch from ranger that had some bad soldering... its ok tho.. i got some of them fixed.. and the other new ones I bought.. are doing just fine.. just one problem with these actually to problems I've found.. make sure it put the mic back in the little holder correctly... bc if you dont.. and it hits you on the knee.. as heavy as it is.. bc its built good.. when it hits that knee.. it'll make you say some bad words really loud.. and if you have it on a retractable cord.. make sure its not near your face.. bc if it hits you in the face.. it will make you really mad.. especially if it gets a good enough swing.. I almost threw my whole setup out the window.. and 600 bucks out the window was not a good idea.. I over reacted.. but it made me really really mad.. so learn from my lessons so that you may not endure mine... and if you if laughed.. well I hope yours break first time you key it up.. it wasn't and still not fun to me ... show more

I was looking for a good noise cancelling mic...i have tryed others over the years and just havent found one that id buy twice till now. I saw a friend who had one and i always mentioned that his audio was nice crisp and clear and loud.This is not a power mic but certainly produces better audio then many out there .I had bought the two pack as advertised and couldnt be happier this mic is made better then any other mic ive had in my hand The quality is amazing ive been using it for a while and many have asked about the mic i use and a few are switching from amplified mics to this mic....this is a must buy for an upgrade for any radio and is certainly priced right. ... show more
