Shipping was fast, package was very well protected and everything was included. Installation was very easy in my 36" cabinet. I didn't have to make any adjustments to the opening, but this sink does fill that opening very well. It does come with a template. My only issue, minor at that, were the clips. Because this sink fills up the opening space, the clips were hard to install in the back of the sink. They were an odd type of clip that I hadn't used before, but they were easy enough to figure out. This is a gorgeous, solid sink and it looks absolutely beautiful in my island with the matching gunmetal faucet I found on Amazon, as well. The only thing I would recommend is that you buy a gunmetal/black sink flange, also. I reused my stainless steel flange, and it's fine. The dish grid that comes with it is also stainless steel, so the flange looks like it belongs in there. I just didn't think of it ahead of time. I had the sink installed in about an hour and a half. It was the plumbing that took me a little longer since I was going from a shallow double basin to this work of art! There is an extra hole for a dish soap dispenser, but I installed a push-button for my disposal in there instead. The roll-up drying rack is a nice addition, too. Everyone who has seen this sink has just loved it. I could never have found something like this, for this price, in one of the big box stores. ... show more

My wife wanted to replace a cheap plastic laundry room tub sink with a stainless steel unit. After doing some quick comparison research of various brands on Amazon, I selected this Lordear unit due to other positive reviews, and overall looks and pricing of the sink. The unit arrived very nicely packaged and had no damage whatsoever. Quality of construction is great, and the stainless finish was perfect. Installation went very smoothly, thanks to all the needed components (drain/basket/stopper) being included. Some other reviewers complained about the under counter hold-downs being in the way to too flimsy. I did not find this to be the case. They were perfectly adequate, and the sink is primarily held down with a competent caulk job. This sink is a great value for the $ and the wife loves it. ... show more

This sink is fantastic! It looks gorgeous in my budget apartment kitchen, especially when combined with this VCCUCINE faucet: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0785KGBSF This sink just barely fits in my 30" sink base cabinet and Lowe's countertops. The extra metal on the backside of the sink where the holes for the faucet and soap dispenser are nearly hit the backing of the countertop, so it was a close call. The sink was packaged perfectly in a thick cardboard box with plywood along the sides to prevent bends or other damage. Installation was a bit difficult because the sink did NOT come with a template, so we had to measure several times and make several adjustments after cutting. Luckily, my countertops were laminate so it was easy to work with, but this might be an issue if you're using a stone countertop. The brackets used to hold the sink to the countertop were kind of confusing and awkward to use, but they do work well once you figure it out. The sink is very large, feels super sturdy, and the included accessories feel like they're very high quality as well. I would absolutely buy this again. ... show more

Replaced an old stained plastic utility sink with this. Worth every penny. I really love having the drying rack and the sink floor rack. These two items alone increase the functionality of this utility sink. My only regret is that I waited so long the get this replacement.

I like the way the sink looks. Our handyman had an easy time installing it even though the pipes had to be changed out and reinstalled to adapt from a double sink to a single. It still just dropped in after that. It seems so much more roomy because of being a single sink. My criticism, and four stars ⭐️) is that it’s hard to rinse out because it doesn’t slope much towards the center. It’s really takes effort to get it cleaned out. ... show more

Outstanding quality, finish, and design! Same applies to the included drain rack that goes in the bottom of the sink. My only quibble is that the included foam ring for the basket strainer drain install slips and is therefore rather useless. Use plumbers putty instead.
