I love all of the cotton bedding from this company. I ordered the sheet & pillow set and duvet cover for a queen and king bed. It has a sateen feel to it but once you wash it your fingers don’t glide as much on the fabric but it gets softer and they are so cool and crisp and the weave is excellent. Nice thick material not see through and thin like a lot of cotton bedding these days. This is really great quality for a low price point.

I'm outfitting a new vacation home and have been looking for good quality duvets that feel soft and "upscale." This one is excellent. It's very soft, and the long staple cotton gives it the drape, substance and sturdiness that I'm looking for. I ordered white, and plan to use for a casual, boho, beachy look on a layered bed. It is medium weight, which is also perfect for protecting the duvet underneath from watery spills. I put a summer/all season weight goose down duvet inside. It's light enough for warm weather use. It allows the duvet to fluff up beautifully, while also being thick enough to be durable through many washes. I think it would function well for both the home or Vacation Rentals. I can offer some comparisons: IKEA: The closest in price to this duvet. This one is much softer than my Ikea cotton duvets. The Ikea duvets also tend to be weirdly sized, especially for American queen sized beds- the Europeans don't drape their bedding over the sides of the beds. The duvets in Europe are generally folded on top of the other bedding during the day, so they fit with less draping. The Ikea is a little stiffer, a bit more wrinkled out of the dryer, and seems durable, though. Ikea online is not as easy as Amazon to order. Ralph Lauren: It's lighter weight and far less costly than Ralph Lauren. Since this duvet is for a guest room, the price point was important. I was afraid that the RL duvet with a down comforter would be too hot for summer use. Also RL mostly offers high impact patterns, this one is more neutral (I ordered white). Pottery Barn: I only ordered one from PB online. They offer some really cool beachy patterns that I fell in love with and had to have. The duvet cover from PB is very pretty, very soft, but very, very thin. Also costly. I won't buy another. Madison Park: Not cotton, not top quality. Microfiber: Don't bother. They won't hold up. Bad for the planet and for you. The company that makes this duvet is committed to sustainability and the environment. In short, thumbs up, 5 stars. I'd recommend this duvet cover for many reasons. I'll buy another if I ever need one.

Now, I'm an LL Bean Girl, and if you know how much a set of sheets are at Ll Bean cost, then you know that If I'm reviewing these— just know that these are that girl and a bag of chips. They fit perfectly over my down comforter and wash very well. They are still white after 4 washes. Please use Borax, Vinegar and a High-quality soap, and boom, each and every time crisp, clean and white. These are also very soft. It's a win. Buy these.

Fresh out of the box, it had a pungent smell, but that went away with a wash. I suspect it might have been the desiccant that was included in the package. The queen size is a bit too large even for a thick down duvet, which creates a disappointing baggy/saggy look. I might try shrinking it with hot water. Other than that, I like it a lot. The button closure means there's no zipper to break. The corner ties make it easy to cover the duvet. The fabric looks and feels good. The color is nice.

I am impressed! This duvet cover exceeded our expectations. I have purchased countless others in the past and this is by far the nicest. Pros- - it’s not heavy but not thin, feels quality. -100% cotton feels cool and smooth but not crispy. Also noiseless. - button closure was large enough to stuff my duvet insert inside easily. -duvet ties are really sturdy. -it’s not shiny but it doesn’t have that ugly dull appearance either. It’s not see thru. -feels good on the skin. Not itchy or rough. -while it’s not wrinkle free, I washed it and smoothed it out and placed on the bed immediately put the dryer and had no wrinkles after a few mins of smoothing. It washed up well also! I cannot think of any cons for this duvet cover. My husband isn’t one to comment on bedding much and even he told me he absolutely loves this duvet! Which he’s never done before. We’ve always bought high end bedding is amazingly for a fraction of name brand stores, this duvet is so much nicer!
