Flavor, everything is great - it's just a deep, dark purple - indigo - darker than LorAnn's SS Grape flavoring! I got a deal on a 16 oz bottle, but I'm re-ordering the regular LorAnn SS flavor Blueberry, which is a lovely shade of blue. :)

This smells amazing! And it takes my recipe to a whole other level. It's very concentrated and thick so a little goes a long way. I poked a hole through the silver protective covering to use rather than peeling I completely off. I use a little in my pancake recipe and it tastes so much like strawberry pancakes.
