Does not impart much butter pecan flavor to frosting but maybe I did it wrong. I do like LorAnn products so I will keep working with it to see if I can find that perfect balance of flavor and non-bitterness. If I discover a great secret, I will come back to share it. :)

I have used this flavoring in makings of both a cake filling and in ice cream and each time I've received great feedback from multiple people! The Groom raved about his cake so much that I decided to try it out in ice cream and yes.... it was awesome! He loved it too and now makes anything butter pecan his one request for his Birthday and Anniversary treats! I didn't have to use a lot to get the perfect flavor profile into place so the bottle should last depending on what you're making and how big of a batch. Get it, you'll love it! ... show more

I mixed 5 tsp with 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk to make a syrup for coffee. It tastes good but it’s super dark and unappetizing.
