The oil adds a bit more anise flavor, making them even more delicious. BUT, do not use too much. I normally use between 1/4 and 1/8 tsp per recipe. The recipe makes two “loaves” of biscotti which are cut after 25 min in oven, and then baked on both sides til done.

Great tasting oil. It comes sealed. I usually get the cinnamon oil to use in my tea. It is concentrated, so a little goes a long way. It is better than using extracts, due to the fact that it is more flavorful. I was buying the smaller bottles at a local store, but I prefer this bigger bottle. I will definitely buy more and recommend this oil.

Wow!! I've been looking for caramel sauce or syrup without stinkin erythritol or sucralose (or just stevia, which is icky). Seemed something not sweetened, but caramel taste was my only hope. I finally searched for extracts and saw this and had to try. Smells good and strong of caramel. I tried a little liquid allulose in some almond milk with a few drops of this, and created a delicious caramel milk. I can't wait to start using it for puddings, sauces, etc. etc. etc.!!! Love it.

The cinnamon oil is exactly what I wanted and at a reasonable price. My only concern was the packaging. There was some leakage within the package. On the plus side, the box smelled wonderful.

Doesn’t come sealed so it leaked all inside the plastic it came in. Also doesn’t come with a dropper so hard to measure and pour.
