I'm not letting this Cricut Joy sit in the box like my Maker 4 did - I'm watching videos, using design space and am determined to master this machine. I bought this kit mainly for the mats. The other stuff was a bonus but it turns out I use the tools all the time. The vinyl and paper is high quality. However, the light mat's corners bent after using it only a few times and I had to cut off the corners and use it the other direction. I suspect I will need to replace it soon. I haven't used the standard mat yet but it looks like the same type of material. Great value for the money.

A lot of people are saying the replacement blades aren’t right.. that they are blunt tip for scoring and not blades. I just wanted to set the record straight. They are blades. I feel stupid because I thought the same thing. Adding a picture for reference. Take the rubber cap off.
