I bought this for a guest room futon bed but the original mattress I ordered had stains on it. The customer service at Loosh was very helpful, though and sent a replacement very quickly without requiring me to return the original one which would’ve been a pain. You never know when you order a mattress online how it’s going to turn out to be so having such great customer service to help with any issues is very important. I got the 5 inch in beige and it’s thick enough for my needs and It looks just as pictured. It’s fairly firm for sleeping so since I prefer it to be softer I added a foam topper and it was much more comfortable . I have nothing underneath it to keep it in place but it does not slide at all on my futon frame. I definitely recommend and would order from this company again!

It did not expand to 11inches as described, it is lumpy, sags in the middle, too small for the cover it came in and based on the packaging I would suspect it may have been previously returned. Very disappointing. It is not even a memory foam. Waste of time, money and hassle trying to return it. Update: Worse customer service ever, I have been attempting to return this garbage, Amazon approved the return pending Loosh receiving the defective mattress back. The delivery guy came out and said he cannot pick it up and gave us a shipping label. They delivered it to a 3rd floor but they can't pick up above the 2nd. It's expanded so it would fit in the box and we can't get it rolled up. We wrapped it in plastic like we were instructed, but It will take two people to carry and it won't fit in my Corrola. I have half a mind to push the thing over the balcony and have them pick it up in whatever dog crap in lands in. Update: AMAZON NOT LOOSH Rectified my concerns. I won't reorder a futon mattress through their store but I will definitely reorder a different brand on Amazon due to their customer satisfaction policies.

SUPER thick and heavy duty futon. Fabric is tightly woven fibers. And the stitching and zipper is the same color as the fabric for a seamless design. Note: the cover has tufting which creates holes in the fabric where the filling dust tends to leak out. I use a waterproof mattress cover and futon cover to keep the dust in.

Pros: The mattress is compressed tightly in a rectangular cardboard box that is width of the bed. I would guess that it’s about 12-16 inches deep. Fairly easy to carry it upstairs because of the way it was packed. The smell wore off in 2-3 days. We have not slept so I cannot attest to how comfortable it is to sleep on it. I have sat on on it a few times and I don’t have any complaints. Cons: My biggest issue was how it was delivered. As you can see in the picture, the box was opened (almost destroyed) and it was about to rain that day. I didn’t realize that it was delivered because they left it on the side of the house (out of sight) and did not ring the doorbell or knock. We had two cars parked in the driveway and it was about to rain. I know that they know longer knock when deliveries are made. However, the box was clearly open for all to see and it was about to rain. I would have at least rang the doorbell. Yes , it’s wrapped in plastic but would you want to take a chance with getting a mattress wet. At a minimum, it would have kept someone delivering a second mattress to the same house because someone would have taken a loss due to carelessness (or downright negligence).

The mattress arrived on time and in good condition, rolled up and vacuum sealed in clear plastic. It is a fairly good fit for our futon frame, however in its flattened form it was much longer than the frame. So we let the mattress "breathe" for a few days on our futon frame before using it. However, there are two persistent depressions in the mattress near the hear and the foot, likely due to being compressed since it was longer than the frame in its deflated state. It is comfortable to sit on, somewhat wider than the full size futon frame we have. As a bed it is difficult to sleep on due to the depressions near the head and foot.

I bought a twin in April '22 to use while my bedroom was being remodeled. It does come squashed up in its packaging, and it is a little smelly when you first unwrap it (aren't all futons?). But mine expanded fine, and the futon smell went away in about a week. I use it on an Amazon cot frame that I got for under a hundred dollars - perfect fit. I still use it for guests. For the price, I thought it was a great deal.

I should have listened to the other reviews. Uneven distribution of interior material, both ends did not fully expand resulting in a hill shape mattress. Multiple puncture marks, string still sewn through cover in various places. Overall, does not appear to even be memory foam, rather some cotton stuffing, mattress is deflated, not uniform in shape, and lacks actual material to support body weight. Greatly disappointed in my purchase. The mattress is not worth the amount of money I paid, quality of this product does not correspond with the price. I purchased an 11 in memory foam, instead I received a 6in compressed cotton bag. In the pictures you can see what it should be (in the middle) but the ends like like the other picture, completely different. Which means you just roll off the mattress when laying in the middle. Or if you lay the other way, perpendicular to the arch from the deflated edges, your back is bent since your legs and head are lower than your back.
