Purchased the kit for a 20w laser module. The cable was wrong so I contacted the Longer Store. Immediately a person there named Asta got back with me and worked through the holidays to help get me the correct cable shipped out. I have not received it yet as it had to be shipped from China.     • Doesn’t come with wires for limits!
The rails work great, as you’d expect - they’re just machined aluminum, but if you have a 20w or higher, these don’t come with the wire to connect the controller to the limit stops. Apparently you can contact Longer and get them, but I haven’t done that yet (you can still use the machine, just turn off X and Y limits). ... show more

    • Pain in the butt
Added the extension kit to my longer ray5 20watt laser and it won’t let me go past original frame size and can’t find help online and customer service is a joke emailed 3days ago no response…no USA based customer service might send it all back including the laser and air pump….
