Crashes at the end of each job and needs to be restarted, which means I can't really engrave anything since I can't run a positioning pass beforehand. Look elsewhere if you want a reliable machine.

Very happy with this Laser Engraver. I'm new at this and thought this was a great starter laser engraver from the research I have done. It turned out really good easy to assemble and to start burning/engraving. I had one issue with the engraver not burning. Turned out the format of the drawing/picture I was using did not work with the laser. I contacted Longer support group and WOW. I emailed later at night and by the next day they contacted me and issue was figured out and fixed, Every support group should take lessons from Longer. As I move forward I will advance. Thank Longer I will be a return customer.

This engraver was great apart from two things we got the engraver directly under this one sent to us and the rising legs didnt work right out of th box apart from not being able to use half the functions due to that it engravers beautifully. Waiting fir longer to reply to my email for replacement legs. Update they replied and are replacing the parts. It was really fast and they were extremely helpful.

This is one of the crappiest lasers I have ever purchased, super loud, the cuts are horrible, shipping took way later than it should have, it just doesn’t work it’s trash. Very disappointing, they reached out to me and told me they would refund me and no need to return it so, stupid me threw it away and they decided to ask for the machine back. Luckily they had not processed the return yet. So in the end no return and no machine and horrible experience. I would never purchase from this company nor recommend it again.
