The skirt runs large, not true to size. Being curvy would help this fit properly, not for a thin person. I altered mine to take some of the curve of the skirt from the upper hip area. All in all, it’s cute but you may want to try it on before you buy.

I thought it would be more of a thick Jean quality but it’s like jeggings. If your weight fluctuates, due to it being jegging-like stretchy material, just get your normal size and it shouldn’t be a problem when the tummy is bloated.

It’s not a bad skirt, but it’s not what I expected. It looks different from the picture. The seams are a different color thread, and it lacks the same distressed/bleached look as the picture. It’s not too bad though. It fits well (although I would size down to an xs so that it is high-waisted and does not sit on my hips). The fabric is a bit too stretchy for my taste. I prefer a sturdier denim, but that’s just my preference. Overall, if I found this at a thrift store, I’d be really pleased, but considering the price, and that it doesn’t quite meet my expectations, I will be returning. ... show more

As much as I like how it fit…I didn’t look anything like the picture. It wasn’t loose fitting for me as I have big hips. It’s not the companies fault, they clearly state their sizes run small in the pictures for the sizing. I knew what I was getting myself into as well. Over all the quality of the denim is great, but the buttons do feel cheap. Lastly, I had to pull this skirt over my head like a dress for it to fit. ... show more

The fabric is also stretch so I would say order 1-2 sizes down depending on how fitted you want it.
