Assembly directions easy to follow. Once assembled and installed it is sturdy and stable. We did use a small bag of cement to secure bottom of legs. Two people made the assembly easy. It would be challenging with one person.

Gorgeous, great price, great product. The sides were a little tricky only because I'd get it just right (while laying on ground) & a squirrel or two would walk across it to get a peanut from me & the parts would pop out & I'd have to start all over again.     • No quality control in packaging and shipping. Product looks OK but not sturdy
I bought one before, and it included some wrong pieces, and I spent days until I had the right pieces sent to me. But the result was acceptable and it served purpose and it looked good. After 2 years, it started to lean due to the weight of some vines, and the strength is not great. But, I thought splitting the weight between two arbors, we can fix the problem, and ordered another one. This time, it is sold through Amazon, but it is made in China and packaged there, and the packaging is terrible. Two boxes were tape together and the end was close by layers of paper sheet. And the parts are missing. 3 out of 4 caps, 3 out of 4 stakes, one support side bar, and none of the hardware (Screws) are included, nor packing sheet ( or parts list) . No assembly instruction! The only reason I know why pieces are missing is that i had one before. I found an instruction sheet done by a company that sold it before on line, but it is apparently no longer associated with the 'company'. It has some fake looking online store front called 'vita' that has no company info or contact information.... I had never received a package that is missing so many things. It does not have option to request ony missing items sent, and asks us to ship the whole thing back to Amazon. And if replacing, the new box will be sent again, packaged by the same worker, perhaps, and I have no confidence in receiving the entire and correct parts. The products are not necessarily bad, but the customer service and quality control is so terrible from this store, I am not sure if I want to go through the hustle. I would like to rate the store as fail, not the product. ... show more

    • Eden London 7.25-ft vinyl arch arbor
It looks as it does in the photo; however, once it arrived it appears much smaller than depicted in the photo. It's not as sturdy as I expected it to be and the box had at least 1 missing part after the box was opened and the arbor pieces sorted out prior to construction of it. I felt it wasn't worth going through the hassle of sending it back to seller, so I just constructed it without the part, which I lucked out on because it was just a small top piece. The packaging was not secured enough and I suspect one of the small pieces that go over the top slipped out of the box somewhere along the line between the warehouse and delivery to my house. On the positive side, it's quite a lovely arbor. It's design is very attractive. The negative is that the packaging wasn't secure enough, it's not as sturdy as I anticipated, and it's smaller than it looks in the pic. We'll see how it weathers our winters here, which can be quite brutal with winds and rain. ... show more
