I was looking for a king size mattress replacement. After researching on line, I found this hybrid product on Amazon. I was skeptical of purchasing a all-in-one mattress, but I was willing to give it a trial (knowing that I can return it), esp. when the price is right! My husband and I have never tried any memory foam before and we are sensitive to smell. (I figure if we open the box and don't like the smell, we can ask the shippers to take it back immediately.) BUT THERE IS NO SMELL! This hybrid product comes with a moderately firm surface and suits our aged bones perfectly; no twist and turn issues. We are happy with our selection. It took about 15 minutes for the delivery men to remove old mattress/box spring, opened the new box, rolled the new mattress over the bedframe. They were professional and respectful (asked us about shoes removal when entering our house) and left no mess behind. Credit goes to Amazon's delivery services.

The bed is not firm or plush which gives right support for my weight. The bed expanded to its 80percent height within few hours and to max height in a day. The hybrid mattress is the way to go which gives right firmness to sleep. The corner has extra support and the overall quality seems great.

The long-awaited mattress has finally arrived! It is so heavy that it needs a man to move it. Open the big box and there is a huge mattress in it! The thickness of 14” is a golden ratio, which not only ensures the support, but also has a sufficient cushion layer, and does not require additional spring support. When I lie down, I can feel the relaxation of being gently held. Whether I like to lie flat, sleep on my side or toss and turn, it can fit the curves of the body and reduce the sense of pressure! It adopts a layered design, the support layer is stable, and the middle is responsible for fitting and rebounding. The upper layer adds a layer of comfort, so that the sleep is soft and hard, both support and comfort, so that I, a person with poor sleep quality, will obviously feel that I will no longer have backache when I get up in the morning!
