No, this is not a traditional woven rug! But who says that is the only way to make a rug? The pattern is transferred onto the top of the rug and it does not go down the length of the pile. This may be an issue with wear and tear. However, this rug is so, so soft on your feet. I have it on my landing, outside of my daughters' bathroom. When you walk barefoot from the bathroom to the bedroom, you immediately notice and appreciate the softness. It is well-made and the colors are muted, but the pattern is distinct. Very classy looking. I really like it. I wish I had bought a slightly larger one, but that is my fault for not laying something on the floor with the same dimensions to visually see the coverage. I will probably buy more, for sure.

I got the terracotta/lagoon and it is a little difficult to show the true colors of this rug in photos, which is why I included so many with this review. Anyway, I love this rug. It is really soft and feels great underfoot (my family, including my dogs love being on this rug.) It came rolled so it laid flat immediately. It is a little thicker/more plush than other rugs I've bought on Amazon, but I still wouldn't describe this rug as 'plush.' It's soft, but pretty flat, which works fine for us. Bonus points because I got this on sale during Prime Day so it ended up being great value for a low cost! Overall, I'm very satisfied with this rug and I think it looks great in our small living room.

We bought the big one and one by the door. This rug is so soft and easy to vacuume. We have 3 dogs and it’s held up to the dog hair. It’s the perfect color and so soft.

Beautiful rug and SO soft! I've had it a couple months and so far it has been great. You will definitely need a rug pad of some sort to keep it in place. It's pretty thick IMO and extremely soft. I'd say the the "Ocean" color is a very subtle blue grey so it could go either way blue or grey depending on your other decor. I have grey and medium wood tones and I thick it's perfect. One thing I was disappointed with was the end of the rug when I unrolled it... it was a little wonky for a bit and we had to be careful not to trip over that edge. Otherwise very happy with this purchase.

Short, silky, synthetic pile with the design printed on the surface of the pile. For an almost 8x10 rug it is light and weighs just under 20 lbs so it was easy to carry and lay it out by myself. The backing isn't rigid and mine arrived without creases. Edges and corners lay perfectly flat. I like that this rug can be professionally cleaned as inexpensive rugs often cannot be cleaned other than spot cleaned. I haven't had to spot clean anything yet so I don't know how easily it cleans up but it is synthetic and probably won't hold onto spills if you get right to it. Mine measured true to size within 1/2 inch. It's so hard to get an accurate color rendition from online and mine is somewhat warmer/more golden than it looked online but not a deal breaker for me. It's perfect for my needs and I'm glad I bought it. I paired it with the RUGPADUSA Basics 1/4" thick felt pad in 8x10 size and easily cut it to size. A perfect pair for a soft and cozy base for my living room.

The softness is the first thing I noticed. Second, was the color looked slightly different than the photo. In person it has warmer tones vs the cooler neutral blue tones pictured on display. Regardless, I ended up liking the rug and quality for the price. I recommend, once picking a color/design, imagining it a little more muted and “warm”, hope that helps. It comes lined, as well.

This rug is unbelievably soft and good quality! We’re so happy with the purchase. It has a good thickness but isn’t too thick to put in front of doors. You will need a no slip pad if placing it on hard floors though. The colors and pattern are just as pictured.

Other reviewers were bothered by the fact that the pattern is just printed on but because it is so subtle it really doesn't bother me. It's lovely in my bedroom and soooooo soft! I have hard flooring and used a heavy rug pad under it and its very comfortable to walk on.
