The media could not be loaded. Loving my new neutral wool rug by LOLOI & Chris Loves Julia (size 3’x5’)! My husband never comments on things I buy for our home, but he vocalized his approval about this diamond area rug! It’s extremely thick & cushion-y so I don’t need a rug pad 👍🏻 BUT it’s too thick that I can’t open/close my back door over it 👎🏻 I’ve had it for a year now & it still looks brand new! Shedding has not been an issue, nor has Vacuuming! The neutral pattern looks high end & goes well almost everywhere in our home! I should’ve listened to the other comments. This rug is beautiful and it’s aesthetically very pleasing. However, if you have small kids, it’s a no go. I find small pieces of the rug all over my children’s outfit every single day. I’m sure you could understand my frustration, my other issue with the rug is it’s not as white as it seems. It’s more of a beige color, which was very disappointing to me and it’s also very heavy and not machine washable. It’s overall for a house that adults who mostly order takeout live in. Such a nice rug. I have purchased one large area rug and two smaller rugs. They are amazing quality -- nice and thick with high quality weave. The diamond pattern is even more stunning in person. The size is perfect under my dining room table -- and my the front door. Cleans easy too.

I really like the rug. It’s thick and a beautiful design. But I’m positive I got a used one. Creases down the middle that I’m still trying to get out (laid it out October 8th, it is now October 22nd) there are still creases. The corners are still duct taped down because they keep lifting. The rug also came with stains. After paying 500$ with no guarantee I’d get a full refund I decided to keep the rug and do my best to bring it back to life as it is a good quality piece. Just wish I had received a brand new rug. The jute is lifted in several areas as well. So it looks like snags all over the rug . Trying to fix those as well. I wanted to love this rug SO badly and hoping I just got a bad one. The rug had a terrible scent that just wouldn’t fade. It wasn’t the typical chemically smell of a new rug. It was more like a musty smell, so perhaps there was some moisture caught in there before it arrived. The scent was strong enough that I had to put it in another room to let it air out and that room did not smell good. I did not try airing it outside due to nearby construction and dust. I had been eyeing this rug for a while. The design is really nice. The light color was a little darker and more beige than I was hoping for (I thought it looked more like a dark ivory in others’ photos), but I still would’ve kept it if it wasn’t for the bad smell. The look and quality seemed nice. The price seems fair. There is a good chance I will try repurchasing it again in the future or at least will look for something very similar.
