Doing school from home has left me wishing greatly for some nice headphones here and there, and these have done a great job. On some days I’ll need to use them for a lot of the day, and I’ve found that unlike in-ear headphones or many other headsets that I’ve tried, these ones don’t irritate my ears or make my head feel squished and hurt.     • Great all around, Hard to find something I dislike about it honestly.
Got it a bit late but I blame that on DHL not the seller or anyone else. When I got it. looked it over no signs of wear not a single scratch or imperfection. It was plug and play didn't have to mess with drivers or anything (it is Logitech after all). Sound quality and mic quality is nice. Did a test recording with OBS and Mic is much louder and clearer than my old headset without having to touch any settings. Love the roller on the side for volume up/down. Spotify immediately knew what the 3 buttons on the side were for without having to set anything up. (left is previous song, Middle is pause, Right is next song). Nice range on the transmitter Was able to walk about 50 feet away from my computer to my kitchen to get a drink with them on and music was still playing. IF I am being fair about this review though the only thing I can think of so far after wearing them for 6 hours straight is that they might be a bit snug if you have a giant melon head like me. But It didn't give me a headache in the 6 hours wearing them. And honestly if you are a headbanging metal head a snug fitting headset is a must or else it will go flying. Oh and P.S little red light on the end of the mic to tell you when you have your mic muted was such a genius idea why the heck did no one else do this? I would buy this again and again. ... show more

    • logitech is doing it right.
I bought one off eBay and like many of the reviews it was junk, turned out to be a defective headset. I rolled the dice and got another after returning the first and let me tell you I have zero regrets. A bit of a side note, I dont use a wireless mouse or keyboard, I use wifi but the antenna and router and not in line with the headset transmitter and I keep my phone away from the transmitter. Not sure how much any of that helps or hurts but it's just the conditions I use it under. The sound is crystal clear and the mic works great even on the opposite end of my 3000 Sq ft home. The 7.1 is the best I have found for under $100 and the battery life is very good, I have had a single charge last over 6 hours while using the 7.1 and mic constantly. The downside is the ear cups are a little on the large side and there is a small gap between head and the headset in the front upper corners, this isn't a big deal and doesn't drop sound quality do to it but it can be annoying as I've never had this problem before I would say it's an ear cup design flaw but this is my first logitech headset so I'm not sure. All in all I would buy these again if I needed a new set. ... show more

I took a chance in buying these refurb'd because they were less than half the price of new. After seeing some of the comments I knew it'd be a gamble. Having now used them for a couple weeks I'm absolutely floored and what I've got for my money. These things sound spectacular. I did have to use an old version of software to get them a bit louder, as they were a little quiet. I've only had 1 random disconnect in all the time I've used them, and have had no problem getting 6/8 hours of battery life out of them per day. I work from home and use them quite a lot with google voice and have had no complaints at all. I do live in a rural area so maybe I don't have the interference others do. The small LED indicator on the end of mic for mute indicator is a nice touch. Very helpful to know when I'm muted during meetings. Will update my review if battery life or connection issues arise. ... show more

    • Excellent headset for the price.
Really enjoying it. I use I primarily for Skype/in-game voice chat, and the quality is perfect. Everyone can hear me fine, no background noise(I have a ceiling fan running constantly in my office), and I can hear them clearly. Some people mentioned that the headset hurt their head after wearing it for too long. I haven't found this to be the case; they're very comfortable and well-padded. I can't speak to the longevity of the headset, as I've only had it for a month or two, but so far so good. The software you can download to manage the headset is also very good. Shows accurate levels of battery charge, and the headset settings are very configurable. Simple installation and setup, as well. It's essentially download the software, plug the headset in, and you're set. The battery time has been outstanding; the longest gaming session I've had with them on is about 5 hours, and they battery was still going strong at that point. The little charging station that comes with it is nice, too. Overall, highly recommended for a nice low/mid level gaming wireless headset. ... show more

I have a pair, and i love them, i bought my girlfriend a pair, and she loves them. These headphones are only working on PC They do not run the 7.1 surround sound on mac (however they do run stereo and mic) They do not work on Xbox one or PS4 Some of the most comfortable pair of headset i have ever used, also Mic is very clear. 7.1 is also amazing, and download an early version of the Logitech software for the voice morphing. Reason for 4 stars is the incompatibility with other devices such as Xbox, PS4 and MAC. If you have a PC these are amazing , though. ... show more
