  • Affordable and best for gaming
Style: G935 Only
I've had g635 headphones for 8 years. Those were not ideal: heavy, squeaky construction, ecoleather cups started to shed black pieces, usb cord stopped working in 8 months and when it did it almost deafened me with a glitch noise a couple of times. Why I liked them? Be it Call of Duty or Battlefield or any other game, these were the only headphones (I've tried many) which allowed me to setup dtx sound so that I could hear footsteps, noises etc around me and above or beyond without mistake. Don't believe me? search for gaming surround BS: there's a test where only G series headphones gave best results. These headphones have corrected previous mistakes: they are still a bit squeaky, a bit more heavier than version with the cord, but more bassy and the footsteps (any surround sound actually) gives away your enemy's 3d position in space without mistake. There are plenty of options to go if you wish to improve your experience with these. Pro tip: if you have issues on pc, lower the quality of sound to other than 44hz option in sound settings. The quality in fact will be much better. ... show more

  • 3 year review: Best Logitech headset I've ever owned
Style: G935 Only
I've owned a number of Logitech headsets over the years. Always really liked the G933, owned multiple pairs. The successor the G935's are just as good. These shine in comfort, large earpads go over your entire ear. They stay cool for long gaming sessions. The directional sound in games like Apex Legends and other FPS is top notch. Can always tell where my enemy is coming from. Downside is that the pleather earpads and headband pad start coming apart after about a year of use. Logitech doesn't really offer replacement parts on a lot of these wearable parts. So you're left ordering them from a 3rd party since the headset will easily last 2-3 years before you have any serious issues. Logitech has been really good about replacing peripheral gear under the 2 year warranty. However I wish they would improve their replacement part store. So I can easily order stuff like earpads. ... show more

  • Longest Lasting Headset in over 20 years of gaming!
Style: G935 Only
I have owned this headset since February of 2019 and I just now replaced the ear muff covers with a $14 dollar option here on amazon. Other than the ear muffs fake leather pealing off, this particular logitech G935 has been a champion. Wireless connection is superb. Buttons all work great and customization works just fine through GHub app which has gotten many welcomed updates over the years. Before this headset I owned the Logitech Wireless G930 which lasted from Jun 2013 until the headband plastic broke in July of 2017. I then replaced it with a Logitech G933 Artemis Spectrum in July of 2017 and its headband also broke in November of 2018. I replaced it with a Logitech G533 which also still works to this day but I prefered the features of the G935. I purchased this particular unit I'm writing this review about in February of 2017 and it is still going strong. Battery works great for 6 hour sessions even though it is over 4 years old. I feel like sound quality wise it probably is lacking compared to some of the larger driver units on the market but it still works great in Hunt Showdown which is probably the most sound intensive/reliant FPS game I've ever played. My only complaint would be that the stock mixer and settings do not allow for quite enough volume for my tastes. That issue is easily resolved with free software through a google search. If you are looking for a good wireless headset that is confortable, has customizable buttons, and good sound/mic quality, this is still a great choice in 2023. ... show more

  • Amazing bass, sound quality, and surround sound
Style: G935 Only
I have had this headset for about a year now, and it has held up. the headset has a mediocre battery life with the RGB on but lasts about a whole day with it off. the sound quality is very clean and clear. the bass is phenomenal, I had never had a headset with this much bass. For gaming, the surround sound makes footsteps and gunshots very clear from any direction, which is great for competitive games. the earcups can feel uncomfortable for long sessions, but taking them off frequently helps this issue because these are over-ear, the "noise cancellation" is just the headset muting out any noises with its volume. the microphone is pretty bad, if you get these and do not have a microphone, be prepared to invest in one. however, when the mic is down and unmuted, you can hear the noises that the mic picks up very quietly. it's not at all distracting and can help if you want to talk low while gaming with friends late at night over game chat or discord. I used this headset with a PC and have not tried it with any other consoles. This does not have Bluetooth! it connects through a USB port with a dongle, I did not know this when I bought it, and might be important to know. if you do not have an open USB port, you might need a USB dongle. overall, this headset is very great at what it does. you hear clearly, and the battery doesn't become an issue unless you forget to charge it, but you can still use this while it charges. ... show more
