  • Great for smaller hands
I’ve been using this mouse for over a year now. My mouse gets a lot of use daily! I have small hands and almost every other mouse I’ve ever had in the past 20+ years (from the cheapest ones to Razor ones) has left my hands aching. And often some buttons have just been too difficult to use. This mouse doesn’t have as many programmable buttons as many of my past ones, but it has at least as many as I’ve ever been able to reliably use. I haven’t missed the extra buttons at all. The smaller size means my clicks actually go through, and my hand doesn’t ache all the time! I spent a bunch of time researching smaller mice (and reading so many reviews) before I chose this one to try. I do not regret my choice. After a year or so of hard use, I started to notice some slight issues with the clicking. I’ve had enough experience now to not wait until it becomes a bigger problem, so I ordered a replacement. My last 2 Razors each lasted longer, but in the end, the clickers in them still went. They were more expensive to replace so I continued to use them way too long that way. I could have kept using my old one, it was still fine most of the time, only giving me issues with pretty specific uses. And my partner was able to get multiple switches for less then half the cost of replacing it, so I could have just used it with a new clicker If I’d wanted to. But now we have a backup mouse the next time someone’s mouse dies. Or I have a few replacements I know I like, if they stop making this model (which happened with the one mouse I previously really liked). ... show more

  • Decent Mouse but Bad Ergonomics
I have been using this mouse for a few months now. I had to stop because I was getting wrist pain. The problem is the placement of the side buttons G4 and G6. In order to use them you have to lift and bend your fingers a lot to get to them. By default, G4 is the back button for browsing so it gets used a lot. I have since switched to the G502 and my wrist has stopped hurting. If you do buy this mouse, I strongly recommend that you only map commands to G4 and G6 that are seldom used. ... show more

  • Top Button Clutch
When it comes to freeing up your left hand, being able to program aim required gadgets or abilities to the mouse is key. This mouse is comfortable, offering multiple easy access top buttons while being extremely lightweight and ambidextrous. This is my favorite mouse I just wish Logitech would create a quality platform with better presentation and update some of the software. I still love this mouse though. I'm on my second G300s, been using them since 2018. ... show more

  • The gold standard
I'm on my third Logitech G300s. That's for one simple reason: you won't find another gaming mouse this good for this cheap. Let's start with the ergonomics. They're good. After a full 8-hour workday or marathon gaming session, you'll find no hand or wrist pain. The flared base supports the meaty parts of your palm, while grippy, silicon cushioning along the sides keep the thumb and pinky in place. Then there's the button feel, which is great. The left and right buttons are tactile and clicky, as are the four macro buttons, while the scroll wheel has excellent articulation points without being too hard to move. That means you can easily switch guns in a shooter OR scroll long webpages without any issue. Speaking of those macro buttons, let's talk about the software. The best thing about this mouse is the ability to save three profiles directly to the device. That means I can toss it in a bag with my secondary laptop and never worry about losing my shortcuts. Since I write all day, I've programmed them as shortcuts for cut, copy, paste, and duplicate. When I want to knock out some writing at the coffee shop, I bring the G300s with me and the onboard memory means I never lose those shortcuts, no matter what computer I'm using. They even work when I plug it into my phone. All of that on a mouse that can go as low as $15 on sale. I have a few more of these stockpiled, since they tend to break after about 3-4 years of daily use. I never want to use another mouse again. ... show more

  • only mouse i will ever use
I don't care if it becomes obsolete, when i get money i am buying 30 of these and stock pilling them. This is the only mouse i can play CS:GO with. I have tried over 10 other ones and I CANNOT PLAY WITH THEM. its the way it fits in my hand. the way it tracks, everything about this mouse to me is perfection. ONLY DOWNSIDE, i see myself buying a new one every year or more often like every 8 months or so. It does not last however they got me hooked so i dont even care anymore lmao ... show more

  • My third mouse in 3 years.
These mice are great for gaming. However, they DO NOT last long. I just bought my third one in three years. The button placement is ideal for me.
