Bought renewed. Flawless condition. Works better than Bluetooth connectivity keyboards. Keyboard detaches via magnetic hinge for video consumption when you don’t need the keyboard.

I bought the cover keyboard on a hunch that I would get an unused keyboard. Turns out that it was a good bet at a great price. Okay, the substantive stuff. The keyboard has a better feel than even Apple’s (which I regarded as the platinum standard). The size and button placement is exactly right. The keys also respond quickly. As a result, one can fly when typing. The plastic covering is a good quality. It has a soft, almost worsted wool feel. I is also has a stain and water resistant quality. I spilled tea on the back of a cover. It wiped away with surprising ease. The track pad is relatively large. It has its own logic. It’s one that is different than Apple’s. So, it takes some adjustments in order to get used to. In all candor, I don’t really see the utility of the pad. One can just simply touch thr iPad screen. But, it is precise and even a bit more sensitive that Apple’s. The cover has kind of an adjustable kick stand. One can use it to angle the iPad’s screen. It works well. The cutouts for the speakers and power switch are very nicely done. Easy breezy to use. Not so for the volume buttons. You’ll find yourself mashing through the plastic molding in order to manipulate them. I just recommend you skip using them except when screenshotting and powering down the iPad. A solid product that rivals Apple’s Magic Keyboard Folio. Certainly, is an excellent value when comparing them side by side. ... show more

    • Almost Perfect
I rarely write reviews, though benefit from them often. But this iPad keyboard case is so good, with only one significant flaw, that it seems worth writing a review, both for the benefit of potential buyers and hopefully to plant an idea for the next generation. First off, of the half dozen or so cases that I've tried, this is by far the best made case. It is slender, comfortable to the touch, reasonably light weight, and the keyboard is wonderful for typing. Indeed, it's better than my expensive laptop. Being a convertible, from laptop style with keyboard to hand held tablet style, it has a lot of functionality. In tablet mode, the soft touch denim like surface is pleasant to hold and plenty grippy. With the keyboard attached, the whole unit feels solid and inviting. It closes into a protective shell that has no sharp edges and covers all but a tiny part of the iPad edge. Overall, using it is a top tier experience and well worth the cost.' If it's so great, why only four stars? The simple reason is that it cannot be used in a vertical orientation on a desk or table. Even with the keyboard detached, the back stand doesn't allow for a comfortable vertical placement on a hard surface. The frustrating thing is that all Logitech would have to do to tweak the design is make the back stand taper inward a few degrees and voila, it could be used vertically. Of course it would also be nice if they added a second smart connector on a short edge so it could be used vertically with the keyboard attached. But at the very least, the back stand needs a tiny bit of modification to add significant functionality. This would add nothing onto the cost. Overall, this is great product that has quickly become a favorite accessory for my iPad. If you're looking for a high quality keyboard case, that is light, comfortable to hold, and wonderful to type on, this is it. If you need to use the iPad vertically, look elsewhere. ... show more

Keyboard easily separates from ipad case, magnetized for easy reattachment. Very sturdy, backlit keyboard for ease of typing at night. Stand is extremely sturdy and allows a great range of positions. Have used Logitech ipad keyboards for years. So nice that this one charges along with the ipad, so no misplacement of charging cable because there isn’t one. A very nice product. The previous one I had lasted 3 years, which is fantastic, given how hard i am on these in travel and an active life. ... show more

This is the second Combo I've purchased, the first in 2019 for an older iPad Air. I bought this newer unit for a newer iPad Air (2022), and it again is excellent in all respects. This turns an iPad Air into something much like a MacBook. The trackpad is great, and I love that I can remove it to use the iPad Air alone, making it worth the extra $$ over the less expensive offering from Logitech. Why spend more for an Apple product when this one is affordable and works superbly? ... show more

    • Unauthorized reseller!!!
Not an authorized reseller!!!! Keyboard stopped working in less than 1yr and I probably used the keyboard 10x max! I reached out for the 1yr warranty that is stated on the Logitech website and turns out since they are not an authorized reseller Logitech declined my claim and when I reached out to the seller directly they said they only had a 60 day warranty but offered me an 8% discount… Don’t buy from them, make sure the reseller is an authorized one or buy from Logitech directly!! ... show more
