This camera replaced my Logitech StreamCam, which I really liked. The new camera works very well - no complaints at all. The microphone is decent, and others tell me it sounds the same as the old StreamCam. I do not really use 4K, so I cannot speak to the added video quality. This camera does have the IR sensor required by Windows Hello. I easily enabled face recognition to my Windows 11 PC and it works well. This is a solid webcam that supports Windows Hello. It's only faults are the price, which is a bit high, and that it uses Logitech's G Hub software, which is horrible. Luckily, the camera interface on G Hub is not too bad, and if you don't like it, you can let the OS's camera app control the Brio instead. ... show more

Will not work with Windows Hello Face sign in. There is no infrared (IR) sensor. This is an old version of the camera. Recommend going through the original retailer Amazon store vs reseller. Video quality is pretty good upgrade if you have a webcam pre-COVID. Haven't tested the mic quality.

I have had my eye on this webcam for a few years now and finally decided to buy it after signing up for zoom classes. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase, the software on the computer is easy to use and it lets you adjust some settings like quality, zoom level, frames and brightness. I use it in complete darkness and the computer screen gives the perfect amount of light for the image to be clear. Overall great purchase! I own a company and my salespeople conduct a lot of meeting online. I have been expanding and adding more and more salespeople and this is the camera I buy for them every time. The great thing about it is how it comes with Logitech G Hub which allows you to change the field of view. So you can do a one-on-one appointment where they only see your head and shoulders, or you can open it up wide to show an entire conference room.
