This is a good idea and seems to work well. For years I've used the old rolling cutter and as you know, you get to the crust and have to bear down and run multiple passes. Not so with these "scissors." I wish the bottom spatula part was a bit wider, but it's not too hard to balance the cut piece. This is a fabulous addition to any kitchen. I saw these in Italy and when I got home I ordered a pair. They work great and are easy to clean after you cut whatever you are cutting. I would definitely recommend these.

What a game changer for homemade pizza! The flat bottom guide makes to so easy to use. I also bought non stick pizza pans with silicone handles. These tools just made my life easier!

We found these scissors worked well - very sharp, sliced pizza easily. Better than the roller type pizza slicers. Problem for us was the heat of the pizza stone melted the rubber. We can not get the residue of the melted rubber off the stone and fear health-wise, it may not be a good idea to continue using this stone as bake-ware. Learned lesson - do not use on a hot pizza stone! Makes me wonder if using Silicone instead of rubber would have been a much better option... ... show more
