It is not solid enough to give the expected shape, although it does somewhat work, I felt like the ”distribution of belly” goes everywhere. I own a latex one also from amazon and will go that route instead. It may work best for reducing size, king of hidden under clothes, buut not to wear something tight over it. I love the fit and feel, but with this type of item the little clip closures can take a bit of getting used to. Once its on and in place it feels great, with no pinching or uncomfortable bits.
