This waist trainer holds me in real good I’m 5’6’ and 175 pounds I ordered a size large and I can get in the first row of the hooks which I love because the more stomach fat I lose I can go to the 2nd and 3rd row of hooks for a even tighter snatch. It’s long enough for me I received it today and I have it on for 6 hours now and it’s so comfortable I might just sleep with it on. If you are able to hook all the hooks from bottom to top you should be able to zip the zipper as well I did have to lay across my bed to get it zipped all the way up it’s snatched but nowhere near uncomfortable great buy and price. Even helps support my back where I have arthritis in my lower back. Coverage is great as well. ... show more

I started use mine a week ago and I already love it. I used the sizing chart, even though there were mixed reviews based on my height and weight, and I am so glad I did. The first time you put it on it is going to be a bit tight, but that is a good thing. I can feel the difference in my waist already, and I LOVE how I can fit into all my old jeans that I couldn't before while wearing it. As my waist gets smaller and I grow "out of" this size, I plan to order a size down. Only thing I would change, is that it be altered a bit so that wearing a regular bra is a little easier. As of right now, most shirts look better with a sports bra and the waist trainer, only because of the skin over the top. But if you are also eating right and exercising while using this, that should not really be a problem. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a waist trainer that is not only comfortable but high quality. ... show more

Size is slightly small despite the size chart saying a size 12 is a medium size. But this product works in a smaller size. Since I bought the waist trainer without straps I am having a slight issue with the fabric rolling up at the top and bottom. But the product makes my back feel supported and my waist feel sinched in. The double hook and zipper design makes getting the product easy and effortless. I love the addition of the hook on the outer zipper portion to help to get the zipper up. I was worried about the metal structure design but it provided structure and support without pinching or stabbing. Working out in this product is comfortable and helps when I am doing weight lifting. I would give this product a 9/10 and would recommend it to my friends in a heartbeat. Great material, easy wear, comfort, and results. I personally would like to try the waist trainer with straps next time just to see if the fabric rolling up is eliminated. Amazing product! ... show more

    • Sizing chart is off… you may be able to go 1-2 sz down depending on how fit you want it.
Let me start off by saying, This is a great corset- the material and hardware is great quality. My only qualm though is the sizing chart provided is off. A lot of these comments will confirm that as well. A lot of people were able to size down and that’s what i did but i needed to go 2 sizes down. The chart tells me I needed an XXL but according to the majority of these comments I decided to go with an XL. I wasn’t able to try it on until about 2 weeks after i got it but after one day of wearing it (for maybe 6 hours), the next day i was able to put it on the second column of hooks. now after 3 weeks of NOT wearing it consistently (I’d say i remember to put it on maybe 2-3 days out of the week), I can now use the third column of hooks. At this rate, this waist trainer will be too big for me in another month, which is essentially now a waste of money. I don’t want to have to buy a new waist trainer every 2-3 months, that’s not how it should work. Advice to the seller: Please consider updating your sizing chart. ... show more

I love my Loday waist trainer. It works excellent for me. My waist trainer is to help lose some brownies and treats from around my waist line lol, but the main reason I got it was to strengthen my core again. I was in a terrible accident that left me bed ridden for months with back injuries. While wearing my trainer I feel so secure and supported. Even when I take it off I can feel the firmness of my muscles that are already building back up. It helps my back tremendously and is making it much stronger. I’m able to workout a little bit and I wear the waist trainer while working out. Also ladies if you have had a c- section (I’ve had many) this is great for your lower tummy. For one since it doesn’t move it’s not constantly rubbing on the incision and it is long enough to hold up the little pouch/FUPA area lol. I can honestly feel muscles I have not felt in ages. Like even in the numb areas I’m able to feel my muscles now. I wear mine during the day, I usually wear it on skin and not over a shirt, it’s a bit hot out for two shirts right now. There’s no odor in the fabric and you can easily hand wash it and hang to dry for your next use if you need to wash it. ... show more

I ordered a medium-sized waist trainer corset and I am loving it so much!! So far so good. 😍This is my first time to buy a waist trainer, and I am glad I chose the LODAY Waist Trainer Corset! I usually wear medium-sized t-shirts and tops, and I am glad I bought a medium-sized corset as well. I read a number of reviews before I made my order and one of the reviews mentioned that it is best to buy a corset that is the same size as what one usually wears. When I first tried my corset, I thought it was not going to fit me, but voila! It fits very well and I cannot wait to see the positive transformation around my waist that I am so looking forward to. I tried wearing a fitting t-shirt on top of the corset and it does not show; no one can know I am wearing a corset inside the t-shirt, and that is amazing!
