On a whim I decided to purchase this product, with hope that it would do as intended, train my waist... I was moderately excited when I opened the package only to be disappointed that it appeared I probably ordered the wrong size. It looked tiny and I am not. I decided to try it anyway, after all I did measure myself and purchased the XL based on those measurements.... and surprise, there is just enough stretch in it for me to attach the hooks and zip it up and boy was I pleased! Not only does it have sexy lace adjustable straps and hold my flabby gut in, but I had to also put a belt on when I pulled my jeans up. I've been working on losing weight and bought a size smaller pants and when wearing this corset I also have to wear a belt with the smaller pant size! That's not even the best part. The corset works to lift my breasts and flatten my stomach so I look and feel more feminine and prevents muffin top which is amazing and one of my biggest pet peeves with women's jeans. I'm a nurse and recently bought new scrubs. I wear 38DDD bra and have to buy XL tops to fit them. Now because of this corset, my waist looks so small in my scrub tops that they look sloppy and I'm happily paying my sister to take them in from the waist down. And I love the feel of the material against my skin. I'm actually looking forward to shopping for clothes for the first time in a long time. That's not even the best part. After working 8 years in long term care as a nurse my back is not in the best of shape. I often go to the chiropractor to have my spine adjusted to reduce the pain. I wore this corset to work. Not only was it comfortable, but the back support is the absolute best part. I expected to want to tear this off as soon as I got off work. I didn't. I wore it until I got ready for bed and I had no back pain the whole day.

I wear a US size 8-10 so based on the description I ordered an XL. It was not tight at all even on the tightest setting. I sent it back for a L which according to the description is a size 6. On the tightest setting it felt nice and snug but I measured my waist before putting it on and it was the same size when I measured wearing the trainer. I am sending it back to get a M and I'm hoping this one will be tight enough. For reference, I had abdominal surgery a couple months ago and I'm looking for a trainer to help get rid of the extra swelling I still have. This trainer is pretty bulky since it has the extra zipper layer. I think it will be fine for what I'm using it for but if I was looking for something to smooth me out under a tight outfit, this would show right through.

This item is a very good value for all the work that went into it at such a low price. However, it's REALLY BIG! The size the seller recommended by using their chart was 2x larger than what I normally wear. After reading the reviewer comments about it running large, I split the difference and went one size up instead of two. Nope, I should have just ordered my normal size. Due to affordability, general comfort, I think it's a great value. Just order your normal size. The material is fairly thin, so while it does have a supportive feeling and a bit of snatch, it's more a comfort garment than shapewear. I hope you find this helpful, trust me on the size bit. And the great price for what you get.

I’m 5’1 about 145lbs. Got a size S but Gheez is actually a bit loose and too stretchy. It goes down too low to the crotch area and while you feel it, it doesn’t feel like it’s doing much except bending the fabric or whatever the corset tubes are called. It definitely has a crease in the middle from where my leggings or pants hit. I wear mid rise for reference. This is my first review ever on Amazon.

I was surprised by the comfort this waist trainer provided. It is snug and I like how it is adjustable to your waist size. The packaging was surprising as well. I did not expect the corset to smell like perfume and I don't know if anyone else had packaging like that too.
