It fits well, but ofc it's tight. I normally wear a large and I got a large, but it is a bit tight. I do recommend to size down, because although it is tight, I still have quite a bit of room. So if you want it to be very tight, size down. The fabric is very comfortable and it's overall very comfortable. It also looks very nice, i would wear it on a daily basis.

Although i would have preferred a bit more compression, this item does fit very well and does what its intended to do. Very comfortable and easy to take on and off. Seems to be made wkth quality materials and can be worn with different styles - quite versatile for what it is

I bought these because my arms are very flabby. These help a great deal and they are not hot. I work as a nurse and value my comfort. The only down side is that the area where the hooks are tend to roll up and down making the hooks dig into the skin.
