I was worried that I should have gotten a size smaller because the bands are VERY stretchy. There’s 3 “levels” of hooks & I could easily put it on the 3rd one but once I got all of them buttoned up I was very surprised how compressed I felt! lol so after about 10 minutes of that I moved it to the first hook and was still feeling very compressed. Definitely snatches your waist and much more comfortable than other fajas I’ve tried. I feel like it’s good quality for the price and doesn’t look bulky under clothing. For reference, I got a size Large; I’m 135 pounds & 5’3”.

I was honestly a little skeptical at first, but this waist trainer exceeded my expectations. As soon as I put it on, I could feel the support without it being too tight or uncomfortable. The material is stretchy yet firm, and the double wrap-around bands really pull everything in. I’ve worn it during workouts and also under clothes, and it stays in place without rolling or digging into my skin. The hooks give you room to size down as your waist gets smaller, which I really appreciate. It’s giving shape, support, and confidence. If you're thinking about buying it, go for it. You won’t regret it.

When I opened this I gagged a little bit. The bra clips all over it were a pain to put on and it was tight. but it’s like strapping on and wearing a bulletproof vest so lots of support. It felt a bit like being in a vice grip, but on the bright side, my brother asked if I was in pain since my posture was diffrent (sitting up straight). So, I guess that’s a win!

FINALLY a waist trainer that doesn’t hurt your skin or is too tight to put on.. it fit sooooo well im 5’5 just had a baby 4 months ago 186 pounds usually 165-175 pre baby but I got a 2XL and it fits great on the tightest ones I think I could have gotten away with XL because of how comfy it is. Endless fajas have failed me but not this one !!
