Bought 3 of these. One arrived not working and had to have a new battery. All 3 worked for a few weeks. One started not opening with the code so we quit using that one. With the other 2 you had to enter the code multiple times sometimes. Then a few weeks later, one lock literally fell apart in my hand with the back cover and battery falling out. This is a good solid combination lock that's easy to use and easy to program. It's great that you can program up to 10 different combinations. I really like the shape and feel of this lock.

The lock is pretty easy to use. Instructions on the package clearly say how to set a new password or reset an old one. The housing of the lock feels thick. This lock does have some weight to it.
