The product arrived in a small bag that was vacuumed sealed. I thought when it was out it would expand and be a more fluffy in feel but it did not. I put it in my living room as there was no carpet and I didn't want my 1 year old to land on the wood floor. She liked it and layed down taking the carpet in. It's soft but not as fluffy as I thought it would be. The cleaning is the hard part since what she drops in the carpet gets lost and is hard to remove. I was surprised to see how this came packaged for shipping. It was actually vacuum packed really tight into a tiny cube! It took a bit of ingenuity to get it opened also. There was a bit of an odd smell @first too. But it dissipated quickly with the window opened. I use my vacuum w/out the beater bar to clean it and it hasn't shed @all. Very nice rug. The backing is sure-grip rubber so it doesn't slide around. ... show more
