Bought this rug for my new baby's nursery. It comes folded and vacuum sealed so the packaging is both smaller and lighter than expected. I saw from other reviews that the pattern isn't identical for each rug, I am assuming each rug is cut from a larger roll so what your exact pattern looks like will depend on which part of the roll you received. I have both waves and dots in mine. The rug is very very soft, to the point of being almost slippery. Feels great on my feet. It does not slip on my floors and has stayed in place although I have furniture on top of it helping keep it still. Doesn't move when I walk on it. It has been down for less than 24hrs and the foam is already decompressing a good amount, it laid flat almost immediately. As you can see in the picture, my cats have taken to it. It works great for my daughter's unicorn themed nursery and makes me excited to get all the other pieces of the room finished! ... show more

I purchased this as a gift for my 11 year old grand daughter. Her request for her gift was a rainbow colored soft cozy rug for her bedroom. After many hours of in person shopping and a couple of almost close enough impulse purchases i decided to head home and pay a visit to my old friend Amazon. I typed in the description of what i was looking for and this was the first item shown to me. My brain said that's exactly what she described. but the price... so low? What to heck give it a shot. I ordered it and had it delivered to her at her home. As soon as she received and opened the package my cell phone rang, A very excited young lady on the other end saying poppa how did you find it? Mom and i have been shopping for it for months. Beautiful vibrant colors and soft as a baby lamb. And the slip proof backing is a giant bonus for safety on her hardwood bedroom floor. The media could not be loaded. I bought this rug for my granddaughters unicorn themed nursery. The rug was thick as soon as I opened it, easy to lay out, and VERY comfortable to stand on. There is nice padding at the bottom that’s very cushiony. I can’t believe I got this at such a great price.

I read some reviews before purchasing this product and it almost discouraged me from buying it. But I went ahead and bought it anyway and I'm glad I did. I read some reviews complaining about it being so thin. But I think they might have posted it too soon because it literally says give It 2 days on the instructions and it will expand because it's in a sealed package when it arrives to your home. I walk on it and I can feel the thickness of it it feels great under my feet. My kids love it and that's all that matters. Follow the instructions on the care label as well.
