It arrived in a box, not what I expected, but when it was layed out on the floor (for about 24 hours) the carpet smoothed right out. It's so soft and it is lightly padded underneath. The pattern & colors go perfect. I would highly recommend this product!

I loved this rug. Unfortunately my dog is only half way potty trained and didn't realize she had been peeing on it until the smell. Rug itself is great! A bit slippery because of the softness but it's not bad.

A good rug. Love the dark color. Hoping this will keep our house a little warmer this winter. Out of the packaging, there were some wrinkles but I’m sure they will fade after a while. It’s soft, but not thick. If you aren’t laying it over carpet, I’d recommend getting a rug pad to go underneath. Haven't had to try to clean it yet, but vacuuming it was easy. The media could not be loaded. In the US we are used to carpets that are sold the full length upright, firm, and rolled. Seeing this 14”x12”x3” carpet package arrive that is supposed to be a rug that is 5’x8’ all cube folded in a tiny package made me cry foul. I thought it would be too flimsy to vacuum, and if I can’t clean it I should leave it vacuum sealed and return it. I was wrong. It is only a third of the thickness of carpets sold a big box stores here where we can see carpets in person, but it is not so thin that I could not vacuum clean it. It stayed in place while I vacuumed it. And while this is true and I will keep all three carpets I ordered, I still prefer a thicker more stiffer carpet, so I will not order online carpets like this in the future. If you like thin carpets you may like these. Also there was a strong chemical that smelled like glue throughout this carpet, so I cleaned it with my Bissell carpet cleaner to get rid of the smell. That worked, but the foam padding underneath this shag carpet is sponge-like. It retains water. I cleaned the smell out yesterday. This carpet is still damp underneath today - more than 24 hours later. I put fans on it to dry it. That's something to know when you need to clean your carpet. I don’t know how well this carpet will hold up over time, but I will update this review if something malfunctions. Otherwise I will enjoy the view because these are pretty carpets. ... show more

This is cute and fluffy but it's not the most practical for me. The fluff gets worn down and looks matted fairly quickly. I've also got a large dog that likes to chew her bones on this rug. The crumbs get trapped inside and it's terrible. She's also been pulling at the fibers so I'm not sure how long it will last. I'll keep it until it wears out but after that I'd replace with something else. ... show more

Absolutely love this rug. It's so incredibly soft. I got it for our bedroom to go under our bed. It's the best feeling on your feet when getting out of bed. It's super light so I can't use my heavy duty vacuum on it, but my less powerful stick vacuum cleans it up nicely. Highly recommend this rug!

Ok so the rug came in a little small box like what a fluffy throw blanket would come in. I was super nervous and immediately suspected that I would be returning it. However, it was just extremely vacuumed packaged and unrolled and fluffed out within minutes. Any lines from being folded disappeared by the next morning. The rug is extremely thin but the backing is cushioned, as it is machine washable. I love it and I’m not sure what I expected for 8*10 but it is larger than I expected. I will definitely be purchasing one for my teenagers room next. ... show more
