This little stand is very well made– the metal of the body is solid and heavy, and fits snugly inside the barrel of the flute so that it doesn't wobble. I like the strip of velvet around the midsection to prevent scratching and allow a smooth, silent placement of the flute on the stand. The ingenious design lets the legs fold up nicely and makes it super compact so it fits easily in the outer pocket of my gig bag. One of the best investments I've made for my flute!

for traveling with a C flute this thing is great. it is small enough to slip into the case pocket. it is sturdy enough to support the instrument. it has a small velvet strip to protect the metal inside when slipping int on an off. Now iwill say it is a little snug on use due to that velvet thing to step on one of the legs an it will lift off easily.

Bruhhhh I had it for five minutes and it immediately broke. One of the legs came out of the base when I was trying to un screw it while I was testing it out. Before it broke it over all seemed unstable and flimsy, I worried my flute would fall while on it. Also what is this weird soft tape? My flute didn’t fit over it.

Bought one and I liked it for a couple of months. At some point screwing in or unscrewing the legs, one of the legs pulled out of the base. I assumed maybe I bought a bad one or needed to be more careful. I bought a replacement and broke that. I won't be buying any more of these. I bought a repeat of the one I lost before buying these two. I cost 5 dollars more but I hope to repeat the durability of the one that I lost.
