To whom may it concern Good Morning I’ve just bought this watch hoping that this will be the best watch I’ve ever owned but SADLY I’ve to share my disappointment because on the web page & everywhere that this brand is announcing themselves shows that at night or when gets dark it will glow but unfortunately that’s NOT true because EVEN WHEN IS EXTREMELY DARK glows not even 2% I’m very sad. This’s NOT WORTH $2000.00 because even $10.00 watches from the street glows at least at 90% at night or when gets dark. This is an SCAM I’m returning this product. ... show more

Got it in one day. Wow. Beautiful and solid. Strap is outstanding. I have some nice watches and this one is right up there. As you can see in the photo the flywheel that powers the Swiss automatic movement arrived disconnected from the rest of the watch mechanism. You can see the compression sleeve loose at the top of the photo. Quite obviously not connected to hold the mechanism together, rendering it useless. I never even got around to the initial winding to start using the watch before hearing the pieces rattling around inside the case. Obviously must return. So disappointing! UPDATE: Outstanding customer service often makes all the difference and that is the case here! Ernest and Chaz at the LIV US HQ in Miami were as shocked as I was about the condition of the watch when I received it. Ernest immediately reached out to me and invited me to their office to replace the defective watch with a new one, with a lower limited edition series number. The first watch is on it's way back to Switzerland to determine exactly what (and whom) failed in the assembly process so corrective action can be taken to prevent any recurrence in the future. 5⭐ customer service over the initial single ⭐ brings my review up to 4⭐ overall. I'd go 4 1/2⭐ overall if possible. These folks are really that great! ... show more
