1st this item was shipped horribly. It was bend in half and the crease right in the middle will not come out, no matter what i try. The straps on the sides are poor quality and do not have enough holes to make it fit tight. I'm about to return it

I was actually kind of disappointed I ordered this after I read the reviews and was dreading seeing it when it arrived but I was pleasantly surprised! First thing I noticed is that it smells like real leather, no weird fish oil smell. It's def on the thinner side, probably 1.6-2mm leather thickness max. I had to adjust the shoulder straps because they were a little bit too long (I just bunched up some of the material and ran a couple rivets through it) The straps are quite thin and will probably break or rip right off with enough force. I had to punch my own holes and tighten the straps as far as they go but it def fits nicely and works very well with my costume. For the price, I would highly recommend this. ... show more

Does not come ready to wear. Needs to be worn/worked in. Straps not of best quality, will break with force. Good for cosplay needs. For non-fantasy use, need under armor made of quality material.

I got this for my husband because he usually needs stuff for when he is cosplaying and making content for his platforms. But sus, this ain't it. there was NO instructions and on top of everything else it was to small for him.

Spent almost $100 dollars on this vest and I got a cheaply made costume. The leathers thinner than a bank card, almost like paper. It is not made for adults its too small. Do Not Buy!
