I bought this for my son who started taking piano lessons. It has a lot of nice features, is high quality, and is MUCH cheaper than buying a piano. This way if he ultimately decides not to continue taking lessons in a year or two I'm not out thousands of dollars, and I'm sure could easily offload this keyboard to another family with a novice player. ... show more

The only reason I didn't give it 5 was because I dont feel like I am qualified enough to rate a keyboard a 5. I am just starting out learning to play and so far it has worked exactly how I thought a keyboard would work. All the keys play. The volume is loud enough to enjoy..might not be loud enough to entertain a crowd though. You can hear me playing from the other side of my house. The headphones are a nice touch for when my kid wants to have a go and I dont want to hear him. I just make sure it isnt too loud in them before I had them over. Overall it has worked exactly how it should no problems. I have had it since Oct. and have played it at least 4 times a week for about an hour. ... show more
