I'm a 62 y/o woman who goes through pillows like socks. I just could never find one comfortable for me. I noticed that when I stay at a friend or relative's house, I gravitated to small throw pillows and slept better than at home. So, my adventure into small pillows began. This pillow is small, but not too small. I guestimated correctly as to which size to get. The height is perfect. The material allows me to scrunch away and then it resumes it's shape. I am rough on my pillows. I act like they are made of dough and really squish and twist them. I've had it several months and the fill is just as it should be. Not so with other pillows. I've tried them all!! This is the only pillow that allows me a good nights sleep without constant fluffing and tossing and turning. I haven't had to wash it, yet, but I have high hopes that it will turn out well. I am 5'4", if that helps. I don't have a huge head. LOL! The pillow does not make my head sweat which is a problem for some materials. I am super happy with it and sleep better than I have in years. No kidding. I bought this pillow for my daughter, and overall we’ve been very happy with it. The size is just right for a child—not too bulky like a standard adult pillow, but large enough that it provides good support and gives her room to get comfortable throughout the night. The pillow is soft, comfortable, and has held its shape well with regular use. My daughter took to it right away and genuinely enjoys sleeping with it, which is always a good sign. It fits nicely in her bed and works well for both sleeping and relaxing with books or watching a movie. The only reason I’m giving it four instead of five stars is the price. The quality is good, but I do think it’s a little expensive for a youth pillow. If it were priced a bit lower, I would consider it an even better value. Overall, if you’re looking for a child-sized pillow that’s comfortable and well made, I would recommend this one. Just be prepared to pay a little more than you might expect.
