This steamer heats up quick and works so fast. I’m so impatient so the fact that it’s ready to go by the time I pick out a shirt is perfect. I also always use the max setting bc why not? It does get super hot after a while but the water tank is big enough that you’re actually ready to set it down anyways. It will do a lot of shirts at once. I really like the style and look of it too. It’s super nice and feels like a quality steamer. Setup takes two seconds. I wish it had an easier way to store the cord. That would be my only complaint. Still love it. Got this yesterday amd was so excited. Got it predominantly for the purposes of steaming a sweater dress I was going to wear to a work party, but it failed me terribly, unfortunately. I read the manual, followed the instructions and everything, turned it on and it made the pumping noise as expected when I pressed the switch to start steaming, but no steam. Selected the second steam setting and pressed switch, same thing....nothing. I noticed the bulky head part had become like really hot in the less than 1 minute i operated it. Turned it off, unplugged it, detached water tank and put it back making sure I heard the click and then tried again. Same thing....nothing. at this point I'm like I will not be shorting any fuses or burn down my apt. It just doesn't work. Returning it. I was so excited to receive and start using it cos this is my first time using a handheld steamer!! And now it's just ruined it for me. Maybe I just need to stick with the good ol pressing iron with whatever amount of steam it gives ne and forget this hand-held steamer business 😕. Wouldnt recommend ... show more
