This rug was perfect for my bedroom and works well. Since it was going over carpet I didn’t mind the lack of grip but you may want to consider that if it will be used on hardwood floor. It is quite soft and layed flat upon opening but there is an odd smell so it does need airing out. I was worried the color would be the same as my carpet but it isn’t so that is good.

Initially material felt very slippery as if you would fall when you walked on it. Overtime, with usage, it worked itself in. Not the best quality but for the price it worked for pulling the decor of the bedroom together.

I originally ordered it for the living room, but it goes perfectly in my bedroom, so I swapped out the throw rugs and it is in my bedroom. It's like the same color of my dog. Lol. She loves it too and she sleeps on it next to my bed. I love the feel of it on my feet. It kind of reminds me of a huge bathmat but that is not bad thing, I am not knocking it at all. It is slip resistant, so it never slides around or creates hazard of slipping and falling so that's a plus as well. For the price, I am way highly satisfied, and I might buy another one in a different color for my living room then put living room throw rug in my dining room (because I need something much bigger for my living room and I can afford it if I buy one of these :-) I really like this rug. I got it in the tie dye beige. For bedrooms, nurseries, or dorms, or just if you cannot afford expensive rug even for the living room, this is the one to choose.

Read this review if you’re indecisive about the color! I ordered tye dye beige thinking it was going to be how the picture is on the post. I was incorrect. This rug looks so pink! It reminded me of Himalayan salt. It sheds horribly also. It’s a cheap rug which probably looks better in a different color but I wouldn’t waste my money on this. Plus it was a hassle to return since it comes so compressed.
