Looks nice so far, like high quality turf or grass, not like a cheap putting green. It really enhanced the ambience of my balcony. You can see before/after in my pictures. It got snowed on soon after I put it out and seems to be in fine condition now that the snow has melted. Contrary to what some other reviews said, I did not find it difficult to cut where I needed with ordinary scissors. The grass blades are not as long, lush and floofy as in the pic, even after raking it gently, but over all, works well in my space and looks better than just dirt. Clean and fresh looking. So far, easy to clean.
