If you can manage to get this "waist trainer" on, it could give relatively decent results, but in my experience, it's a "waste" of time. I thought I might even lose a few pounds just struggling with this thing, if I didn't lose my mind first. 😆 The only way I could get it to keep from rolling on my 37" waist was layered under shapewear. It might work better with a grippier fabric & velcro on both ends. BUT be warned this velcro is VERY strong & will get stuck to any other cloth or carpet nearby, only adding to the frustration of struggling with this thing. That's not to mention the ridiculous marketing images, with intentionally misspelled words & completely unrealistic "before & after" photos. I watched that instruction video multiple times & it really didn't help. Also, it's worth noting that it's NOT recommended to exercise while wearing this type of compression, as shown in the listing. I think this might actually work better as a chest binder. For the price, what you get is a decent value & I guess it technically is "one size fits all," but just be ready for a struggle.

I got this to use more as a “compression wrap” rather than a waist trainer, and for that purpose it’s okay. I wouldn’t call it a “waist trainer” by product description, though. The material moves and rolls a lot. It doesn’t come with any type of instructions, just a little paper leaf thing with a QR code that leads to a Facebook profile that looks scammy.
