The best part is I have a blood disorder that makes my blood get really thick. As a juvenile diabetic from the age of five, this product has made staying hydrated so easy! It literally has saved my legs my muscles my energy and certainly cleared my thought process as well as cleared key tones from my diabetes rapidly! I’m a UPS driver, and these help hydration immensely inside of those big brown hot boxes. At first, the flavor is intense due to the electrolytes, but once you’ve adjusted, it tastes great. The powder is also more plentiful than competing brands and I feel that it works much more effectively.

Can you guys please be more specific about what flavor this is? Just ordered $125 worth of this stuff thinking it was Lemon Lime based on the picture. Received Passion Fruit. Passion Fruit is a trash flavor that you need to discontinue. UPDATE: Amazon resolved this issue within 48 hours, which is solid, and consequently I feel a little silly about my review as it was written in the heat of the moment, but I do stand by much of it. Particularly my disdain for Passion Fruit. But Liquid IV is a solid product. It's better than Gatorade, I always feel better after I have some after long bike ride, and the plus side is no plastic bottle on its way to the Pacific Gyre. Liquid IV, if you're listening, if you want some flavor ideas to replace passion fruit when you discontinue it, how about some solid standbys, like fruits people actually have a frame of reference for in real life, like green apple, or orange. If I received one of those flavors by accident, I wouldn't go bonkers and leave mean reviews. (Changing this from one to five stars, 'cause of your wonderful customer service, Amazon.)

We use this produce daily. Working in a shop with a 30ft 420 deg oven running, in Florida, takes a lot out of a person. The Liquid IV really replenishes the needed electrolytes you can not get from just water.

Plagued by underabsorbtion issues and constipation. Thus stuff hydrates the heck out of me. Keeps me up and moving. Until I sit down and handle that second issue. But then back up going. I purchased it in bulk and drink at least one packet a day. The stuff is great. The smell in the bathroom not so much.

Our daughter in law told us about this great product My husband is not a great water drinker....so this hot summer, I have been giving him 1 package in AM and again in PM..if an especially hot day. This product is also great if one has "overdone" the alcohol the night before...it works! ( either before bed or first thing in AM) lessens the pain..:-)

I think this does the job. I would say this ranks number three in my list of great , un-caffeinated, hydration powders. Some other options are better value and better tasting. For hang-overs, there are some better options with b-vitamins. The individual packets are great. We took them on a ski trip and handed them out to keep everyone hydrated while on the slopes.
