Taste really good, with all honesty. I give it a 5 star review because it meets my expectations. Solid hydration, you got good sodium levels with added magnesium, and potassium. Only thing is I wish it didn’t have natural flavor. But everything else, it’s a really solid product.

I’ve been using these electrolytes regularly and have been really happy with them. I’ve tried the Dragon Fruit and the Passion Fruit, Guava, Orange flavors, and both taste great — flavorful without being overly sweet or salty. Compared to LMNT, these are much easier to drink and don’t have that strong salty taste, which makes a big difference for me. I do hot yoga consistently, and I’ve noticed a clear improvement in how I feel when I use these on workout days. I feel better hydrated, have more sustained energy during class, and don’t feel as drained afterward. They mix easily with water, don’t leave a gritty texture, and sit well on my stomach even during intense workouts. Overall, these have become my go-to electrolytes for workouts and hot days. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who sweats a lot or wants a better-tasting alternative to salt-heavy electrolyte drinks.

Flavor Name: Mango Lemonade
Mango Lemonade tastes more like a peach-o gummy. The pink salt doesn’t dissolve well in cold water. Not as salty as LMNT packets. Less concentrated too. One packet of LMNT is good for 32oz, while one scoop of SCPaleo (roughly the same amount of 1 packet of LMNT) is good for 8-16 ounces of water. You need 2 scoops to equate to the LMNT packets. Tastes good, just not what I expected. Likely won’t get this flavor again.
