I tried Amazon and the inserts arrived at my home the next day. Plus for about one dollar more, the quality was quite a bit better. They are quilted! In fact, you could almost use these inserts as pillows because they are so finely crafted. Great pillow insert! I absolutely love these. I love that they offer a grey version. I love that these pillows are very fluffy and yet sturdy. I bought 22" inserts and 20" cases. They are super plump. I wish they had a 28" version. I bought another brand in that size and hate them.

Very happy with this purchase. I’ve had other pillow inserts that don’t fill in the corners of the pillow cover or get lumpy. These are soft enough and completely fill the cover. The stuffing stays put and doesn’t lump up. I highly recommend them.

There are so many threads messed up on one of the pillows. I didn't notice until after I took off the tags, so it's my fault I'm stuck with them. The fabric is rough, the stitching is not good, & the vacuum pack damaged the pillows edges. They will work for inserts, but they are not as nice as described. These pillow inserts are of very high quality. Bought the 20" x 20" for 18" pillows. A little snug, but the pillows are very full and comfortably plush. Bought 4. Will definitely buy more.

The pillows come vacuum sealed and fluff up to full size in less than 12 hours, probably a lot less but I didn’t time them. If you have 16x16 pillow case and want a plump looking pillow get the 18x18 insert. I bought 16x16 for my 16x16 pillow case and I thought it looked silly. I needed inserts for some new 18" x 18" covers to use as backs for my patio bistro chairs, and these (18" x 18" white) are perfect! (I bring them inside at night, but would do that regardless.) They definitely live up to all of the positive reviews. They fluffed up from the vacuum packing immediately. They have a quilted cover and piping along the edges, making them more like a finished pillow. I find them comfortably firm and hold their shape, not at all lumpy like some cheaper inserts. These are the best pillows ever! Well made and comfortable! I had originally planned to return them because they were so well packaged that I thought I received one large pillow instead of two lumbar pillows. I'm glad I double checked the packaging. They are that well packed.
