Update 2 months after purchase: While I still recommend the product I have found some minor issues you may want to consider. The Velcro strips that hold the cushions in place only do so to an extent. You will be adjusting them daily if the couch is used daily. And you will need to rearrange the cushions often to not get low spots in regular seating areas of couch. Second, I have not yet washed the cushions but one cushion cover’s zipper has already broken and will need to be replaced. This may be a personal issue but either way, the storage is great, but not easy to get to if you have pets and choose to cover the couch the majority of the time to reduce fur and need to wash covers. We love it! This was a great purchase decision! The couch arrived to us within 30 hours of ordering it. It’s supportive, yet still comfortable. Storage space is a game changer for apartment living, as is the versatility of it being a modular. One tip… open every box before starting to assemble the couch if you want instructions. They were in the last box I opened after assembling the rest. Haha! It is very simple and intuitive assembly though, they are Not truly needed to get the job done. I researched many many others brands of modular sofas before I decided to purchase this Linsy Home modular 6-seat sofa from Amazon with a $100 coupon (just click on the check box) a few weeks ago. I then ordered 2 ottoman from the Linsy Home website because they were cheaper than Amazon. I LOVE LOVE this sofa! 1) Beautiful luxurious fabric, 2) truly modular in that you can spin the base any direction to manage wear/tear or hide stains and it's very easy to re-arrange (no tools needed, connector hardware is very solid); 3) Covers on cushions, bases and sides are removable and WASHABLE (great for pets & kids); 4) EVERY piece has generous storage space. This is my first sectional or modular sofa and I've been having fun re-arranging the pieces. I purchased an ottoman tray and a few serving trays (from Amazon) to replace need for coffee tables. The one con is that this sofa is not for tall people. My husband and I are 5'9" & 5'10 and the seat depth is not as comfortable as we would prefer. We are making it work by placing an ottoman in front of our seat. Still worth the cost. I highly recommend!! UPDATE 12/23/2022. I decided to replace the 2 inch sofa legs with 4 inch legs (from Amazon) for two reasons 1) the seat sits higher, much better for taller people in our family, and 2) our feet can now slide under the seat base when picking up / putting away blankets at end of day. I have a total of nine seat bases which required replacing 36 legs - I opted for plastic rather than wood legs which kept the total cost under $80, which I feel was a very good investment. I've had this couch for about 6 months now and wanted to write a review. Overall it is a very good good couch for the money. It looks good, is easy to put together, and there is A LOT of storage in the cushion benches. It also holds up well to wear and tear. I have two wild toddlers who climb and jump all over it and other then pilling on the cushions it is holding strong. With that said I give it 4 stars because of how quickly all the cushions started pilling, but customer service was very easy to work with and sent us replacement covers quickly. 1st pic in brighter light was after 1st assembling the sofa. 2nd pic in darker light is after about 5 hours later. Cushions all inflated very well. Cushions are firm but comfortable…think memory foam firm. It conforms to you without you sinking in. The couch is heavy and sturdy. Super easy to assemble. I have been wanting a Modular sectional but didn’t want to spend a fortune because I still have 2 young kids so the high end brands were out of the question for me right now. We opted for dark grey as well due to kids and cats lol. Packaging was great and couches arrived in great condition. Came in 7 individual boxes. 4 for the seats, 2 for the ottomans and one box was just the arm rests for the end chairs. Instructions came in the armrest box I believe but I was easily able to watch the assembly video on the product page. I wasn’t sure which box the instructions were in so I just opened them up in the order they would be assembled. Overall very happy with my sofa. My only complaint is there are a few visible ending threads on the seat bases which I wish were cut( I hate that on products) but as long as they don’t come undone I’m fine. The price is amazing considering how insanely high lovesac is. Each piece is fully configurable to be used any way you like so no ugly brackets or different colored fabric on the sides. I was especially sold on the removable cover part! It appears that you can even remove the covers to each seat base as well because they are attached underneath by Velcro. Anyways this is a awesome sofa and I am so glad we ditched our standard sectional for this Modular sectional. ... show more
