First of all, the dresser is well-made, sturdy, and beautiful. The pieces are solid. It’s on the smaller side so it works great in a smaller bedroom. I also got two end tables from the same seller and it all looks great together. The shipping company broke the box in route, and two pieces were missing by time the package got to me. I contacted the seller who responded immediately and they stepped up and sent the missing pieces as soon as I identified them. The seller always responded within 24 hours of any questions to help me replace the two pieces. And everything was resolved within the week. The seller kept checking back to make sure everything was OK and that I had what I needed and was satisfied. They went above and beyond. The best customer service I’ve seen on Amazon from a seller.

It’s not bad for the price. It took me and my wife the whole day to put it together. The only problem that I should mention is the drawer’s rails. As one can see from the second picture, the drawa can be opened only halfway. It’s kind of bothering us. Definitely is calling for a better railing system.

Perfect size dresser. Well made. Heavy solid wood. Excellent price. Definitely a two person assembly job but worth your time. Took me and helper 4 hours to build. Recommend.

I was happy with the outcome of this dresser, it was easy to assemble, the directions were clear and everything was labeled clearly. Some parts of the dresser are actually very thick so it seems very sturdy. The drawers all glide very smoothly. I would say the only thing I wasn’t excited about were the handles on the drawers themselves which seem kind of cheap but they look nice. I feel this was a good purchase for the price.

The drawers only come out less than 6 inches, making it difficult to access items at the back of the drawers. I would expect better engineering for a $300 dresser. I will replace the tracks on the top 4 drawers with longer tracks. Just another issue of several with this seller. My suggestion is to look elsewhere.

The media could not be loaded. This dresser was extremely disappointing because only after it was built did I discover that the drawers only open halfway and is very inconvenient to use. When I contacted the company for support, they wouldn't issue a refund or provide any solutions to returning it. After messaging them, they claimed that this was a “safety” feature. However, I know many dressers that can have their drawers pulled out safely without it being ridiculously unable to come out more than halfway. It really just seems like a design flaw. I put some items in to test it out and I literally can’t see the back items at all unless I pull out everything in the front. This is pretty upsetting because this supposedly “safety feature” wasn’t written anywhere on the Amazon listing of the product. I told them that now that it’s put together, in order for me to return it, I’d have to take it apart piece by piece and somehow “Tetris” it all back into the box to return it. Which will be extremely difficult because the pieces came perfectly tightly placed in the box. This isn’t an ideal solution for either one of us. So I asked them if they have any solutions, and how other customers typically return this product after building it. The dresser took me a whole day to build, and had I known that the drawers only open halfway, then I wouldn’t have bought it in the first place. I figured they could at least provide me with some information on how the pieces arrived initially so I know how to fit it all back into the box. Unless they expected me to memorize it when I first opened it and as I was building it!? But after I inquired about how to best return the product, they ended the chat and didn’t message me back. So now I have to reach back out to them and hope I don’t get “ghosted” by this company again when all I’m trying to do is return it. I would say don’t bother buying this dresser for its poor design and difficulty to use. And originally, I would have just left it at that. But after speaking with the company’s representative, I’d say don’t buy anything from their company at all.
