Features

  • The Next Generation of Mangird Tea: The original Mangird Tea and Mangird Tea MKII made global headlines due to their excellent performance-to-price ratios, establishing Xenns as a renown IEM brand. The Mangird Tea Pro takes the next step with updated driver technologies and a refined tuning strategy based on customers thoughts
  • Updated Drivers for Higher Performance: The Mangird Tea Pro features a brand new imported Dual Dynamic Driver system, which has been custom made for Xenns. Improving on the previous generation of dynamic drivers, the new dual 8mm bio-composite diaphragm driver has been reinforced for tighter membrane structure and greater surface tension, resulting in a more responsive diaphragm motion. With faster and stronger driver performance at lower distortion levels, the sub-bass impact is significantly stronger and cleaner than the previous generation of dynamic drivers
  • Updated Balanced Armature Drivers: The Mangird Tea Pro has been updated with two genuine Knowles RAD 33518, two RAF 32873, and a single RDB 34834 composite drivers. The update to the latest generation of balanced armature drivers significantly improves both the tuning as well as natural timbre and texture to the sound
  • Refined Tuning Strategy: The Mangird Tea Pro was designed around customer's thoughts from our previous two generation of Mangird Teas. The sub-bass impact has been enhanced, gaining an additional 3dB at 20Hz, as well as better textural qualities. Along with better sub-bass performance, the fundamental bass frequencies has been retuned to provide better emphasis to guitar bass notes, as well as more body and presence to vocals and instrument. Listeners will appreciate much more fullness in the overall sound, while still maintaining tonal balance. The treble has also been re-engineered, with more clarity and definition.
  • Hand Crafted Earphones with Xenns Custom Cable: Each Mangird Tea Pro unit is handcrafted for care and quality assurance. The shells are precision made with medical-grade UV resin, the drivers wired together by hand, and the whole unit is finally assembled by hand. Every unit is checked and hand-paired to ensure complete stereo balance to the sound. Mangird Tea PRO comes with a custom hand-made Hi-Fi audio cables which features 0.78mm 2-pin connector systems, the cable terminates with optional 4.4mm balanced, or 3.5mm single-ended plugs
  • About Mangird: Mangird was started by a small handful of young engineers passionate about music and high-resolution audio. Combining their knowledge in electrical engineering and studio performance audio gears, the Mangird team has since produced numerous professional in-ear monitors that have stirred up a global sensation. Some of these include the Xenns UP, Mangird, and the Mangird MKII, which made global sensations due to their balanced sound signatures and excellent performances. The Mangird team is committed to hand-producing each of their units in small batches to ensure top-of-the-line quality assurance and a bespoke character. Make every song your own with Mangird

  • Beautifully executed set with all-rounder excellence in sound and design
The Xenns Mangird Tea Pro have been around for a couple of years and developed a substantial fan base with many online reviews. At their price point, they have intense competition in the chi-fi marketplace. They still deliver a beautifully made set, with stylish packaging, excellent cable with 3.5 and 4.4mm connectors , plenty of tips, and a round matching storage zip-case. The Tea Pro is a warm, slightly sub-bass-boosted but controlled set with excellent balance and technical definition. Trebles are smooth and easy to live with in long listening sessions. Shell design is well-executed with detailed ergonomic contours that make it an easy fit. With the right tips, they provide excellent passive isolation and make them a good walking or daily activity set. They are a joy to listen with. ... show more

  • The Best IEMs Under $500 in the World
A few years ago, I dove head-first into the IEM hobby. I started with value sets, and started finding my preferred tuning. Once I figured that out, I got increasingly picky about the specifics of an IEM's performance. I found many sets that were competent, but missing "something". Many just didn't make me FEEL the music like I wanted to. After seeing many audiophile reviews online that sang the praises of this IEM, I decided to make a bet on them and buy. I have never been happier with a buying decision in my life. Firstly, THE TUNING. MY GOD, THE TUNING. These IEMs are tuned with a masterful blend of dynamic musicality and incisive detail. Many sets trade detail with low-end presence; not the Tea Pro. The low end transitions to the mids like a syrupy smooth, enveloping wave, and the decay of the bass is just perfect. The midrange has the clarity and presence that I seek. And the treble isn't artificially boosted like a lot of contemporary sets; instead, high-quality BA drivers bring out sparkle and air without any harshness. With these, the music overtakes you. It's magical. The shells are machined from alloy and feel substantial in the hand; they have a bit of weight to them, yet are molded so nicely that they never get uncomfortable. The faceplates look beautiful and have depth to them, unlike a lot of cheap-looking "sparkly" faceplates on today's IEMs. The only flaw is the cable, which is not as pliable as I'd like it to be. It's high-quality, but just not very soft. ProTip: be careful putting the 0.78 mm pins into the IEM. They are very, very tight. If you are seeking the best IEM under $500 in the entire world, the Tea Pro is it. ... show more

  • trading my kilobuck IEMs for the tea PROs
I traded my Thieaudio Monarch MKIII for the Tea PROs. Don’t get me wrong—the Monarchs are superior in many ways. Their highs are crisp and sparkling, and their technicalities (imaging, speed, separation, details) are noticeably better than the Tea PROs. But to me, the Monarchs always felt a bit recessed. Vocals sat too far back in the mix, instruments felt just out of reach, and I often had to turn up the volume to uncomfortable levels just to get the immediacy I wanted. At higher volumes, they opened up beautifully and sound glorious but quickly became fatiguing. The Tea PROs, on the other hand, are simply more fun. The music feels closer and more engaging, with vocals and instruments presented directly in my ear instead of at arm’s length. I can enjoy them even at lower volumes without losing intimacy. The tuning is excellent: bass and sub-bass are present when called for and remain controlled, while the mids truly shine—clear, present, and immediate. The highs are slightly rolled off and smoothed out, which I actually prefer since it avoids treble fatigue. I’m happy to trade a bit of sparkle and micro-detail for a wonderfully tuned, engaging, and less fatiguing listen—and at a third of the price, the Tea PROs are an easy win for me. with the tea PROs, I feel like I'm ENJOYING my music again and not just listening to it. source: personal flac files and tidal streaming through a FIIO M23 DAP or a Cayin RU7 ... show more

  • Really Good IEMs
This isn't an informative and detailed review since these are only my 2nd pair of IEMs, my 1st being the Truthear Hexa. I haven't even used these with a DAC/DAP yet, but I already love how they sound just plugged into my computer and the bass is awesome, too. I can't imagine how good they'll sound on my DAP (iBasso DX180) when it comes in the mail. The carrying case is a little too flashy for my liking, so I might buy something separate to carry it in. Some people don't like how the cable doesn't feel flexible enough while moving it, but because of that I feel it is more sturdy and built to last long. I think the pins have a tight fit because I felt like I was gonna break them and had to apply more force than I originally thought, so be careful! ... show more
