When I first got this mattress topper I was in love. I thought this was the solution to all my sleepless nights. It was so comfortable, and yet also supportive. I actually started to look forward to going to bed. But then I noticed one very big issue... it TRAPS HEAT. I just could not get over the hot nights. And I am not a hot sleeper to begin with. I have looked through the seller's website hoping to find this exact topper in a cooling version, but it does not seem like they have anything available. If they had a cooling version I would buy it in a heartbeat! Very comfortable when you have a dorm bed with a mattress not so comfortable. The cooling part is iffy when you put a sheet on it. I guess you put a barrier there and it does not feel cool. However, you can’t sleep on it bare.

If you have a 2-inch topper, I suggest a 3-inch cover. Makes it so much easier to put one. You just have to tuck in all the pesky stringy threads in as you go. It's not near the quality of the Pure green cover, but it is very good to use on a topper. I ordered a 2-inch for my 2-inch topper and it was a struggle. So next one is a 3-inch. I would order again. I bought this to put on a hard as a rock RV bed. It fits the bed great and we sleep pretty comfortably on it. I have noticed that after each nights sleep you can see a spot where we slept. We have only slept on it for about 15 nights so far and I am hoping it doesn’t start to sag permanently.

Bought a memory foam pad for a camper sofa bed to smooth it out and give some more Extra cushion. Tried a mattress pad to cover but would not go on they way sofa is made, so I bought this cover! Problem solved! Easy to put on and easy to unzip and take off to wash.

I bought this because my bed is old and looks like I'm not going to be able to get one right away and I thought this would be helpful. For starters when you get this item it says you should open it up and it takes about 48 hours for it to come to fruition with its fullness. It only takes about 2 hours. I opened mine up and I kept it out in my living room and I could have had it on my bed. So if you're area is at a temperature of 65°, you can put it on your bed after 2 hours. I also suggest having someone help you because it's really difficult to do it by yourself. I got the cover to go with this item and I was surprised by the cover and the quality of it it was really nice. So I thought that the cover would zip around on three sides well it only did it on two sides and you had to basically kind of put the mattress in between the cover kind of like a sandwich and it was a little difficult doing it by yourself. I got it done but it would be easier with two people. By the way the cover for the mattress washes nicely. I slept on the bed the first night and it seemed fine after 3 or 4 days I noticed that the mattress kind of slides down a little bit. Also it kind of buckles on my bed so I have these big rolling hills on my mattress which all I have to do is lift up the fitted sheet on my bed and straighten it out but still kind of a pain in the neck to have to deal with. I thought about getting some of those plastic nylon shelving pieces of material to see if it would help stay in place. On the bottom of the mattress cover there is some kind of material that seems it should help but it really doesn't. I would say it's good not a great item but it is kind of comfy but I really expected something totally different but it's okay for now.
