We needed some replacement parts (completely our fault no fault of the product or quality) and I contacted them to buy them. Update: ORCC reached out to me and sent new parts for free. They got here really quickly and I appreciate that A LOT. Customer service is top notch. We bought this for Christmas 2020 and I’ve waited to write a review until now, just to see how it held up. My kids absolutely love it and so do all the neighbor kids. It was pretty easy to put up-just my husband and I did it. However, after only 2-3 months, most of the poles holding the net up were broken or bent. The issue is with the bolts that hold the poles on/up. When the kids jump, it basically cuts them and then the poles fall. I contacted the seller/makers and they were very easy to deal with, kind and got me new parts for free. I had sent them pictures of the “damage/wear”. However, those parts only lasted a few months too. I’ve basically bought every type of large bolt there is in the stores to try and see which ones will hold up and none of them do. It’s almost been a year and while the kids still like it, it looks like a mess in our yard and we can’t keep the poles upright, unless we change the bolts every other week. If I had to pick another trampoline, I’d pick a “pumpkin” one where the poles aren’t straight.

Overall we loved this purchase for our boys. It took my husband and I a couple hours - the step by step video helped immensely, but I would caution- when putting up the net bars - make sure to look ahead to which direction the pegs face so you are not undoing a bunch of poles. The instructions are not direction specific. CUT THE ROPE into four pieces and - I would suggest burning the ends so they don’t fray. Good luck- have fun! (The basketball goal is tiny FYI). - Rebekah

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my grandson who lives in West Jordan, Utah, I have not seen the trampoline but my daughter-in-law has received it and plans to wait until winter has gone to put it together. She said all accessories arrived & was very pleased with its looks. It arrived in 3 boxes with the first box arriving 1-2 days prior to the remaining two. I contacted Overwhelming & was told that the remaining 2 boxes were on the way to their destination. They were very cooperative and answered all my questions & all my misgivings were allayed.
